Less experience will be considered for the Marketing Executive role. • Familiarity with social media analytics and tools. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in copywriting and a creative mindset. • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and advertising strategies is a plus.

• Assist in the development and execution of social media and digital marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement. Support the creation of short-term and long-term social media plans, contributing to the optimization of action plans. • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels. • Monitor social media channels for trends and audience insights, staying informed about the latest tools, trends, algorithms, and best practices. • Cultivating relationships with influencers and online communities to enhance brand reach and engagement.

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. - Create and execute marketing campaigns to build and strengthen the Keeta brand, driving brand awareness, customer loyalty, and engagement. - Conduct market research and competitor analysis globally to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the food delivery industry, and apply insights to enhance the Keeta brand positioning. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and design, to ensure consistent brand messaging and brand representation across all touch points. - Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards to ensure cohesive brand identity and voice.- Oversee the development and execution of branding and creative assets, including advertising materials, packaging, website content, and social media content, to ensure alignment with the brand strategy. - Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand awareness, perception, and customer sentiment, and provide data-driven recommendations for brand optimization. - Manage marketing budgets allocated to brand management activities and ensure efficient allocation of resources. - Stay up-to-date with industry developments, market trends, and best practices in brand management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Brand Positioning • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business goals • Craft compelling narratives and communication strategies that reinforce brand equity • Oversee the creation and rollout of campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, CRM, etc) to ensure messaging consistency Content & Creative Management • Lead the creative briefing process with internal and external creative agencies • Review and optimize key visuals, video content, and copy to ensure alignment with brand tone • Oversee content calendars across digital and offline channels (social, app, OOH, etc.) Media & Campaign Execution • Coordinate with media agencies on campaign strategy, execution, and performance tracking • Monitor media plans across all channels (digital, OOH, radio, and influencer collaborations) • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaign efficiency Performance & Reporting • Track KPIs, engagement, and brand sentiment across platforms • Provide campaign performance reports and insights to senior leadership • Recommend optimizations and A/B testing opportunities based on results
1.Lead merchant-side analysis for food delivery business, supporting frontline operations in business understanding, marketing campaigns, product experience optimization, merchant research, and strategy formulation to enhance operational efficiency. 2.Identify business needs and build scalable indicator systems for scenarios including performance analysis, business monitoring, and team management.
