1. Monitor supply and delivery experience data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyze and identify key operation issues, and drive solutions through product or operational strategy measures. 2. Develop and adjust logistics pricing strategy, and utilize incentive measures such as bonus and subsidies to increase rider activity, performance and rider retention rate. 3. Improve the operational efficiency and reduce delivery costs by analyzing data, optimizing processes and solving problems. In charge of cost and budget management of pricing and subsidies. 4. Work with the product team and promote the launch of relevant supply operation product systems to improve product efficiency and advance intelligence in the process of supply utilization.

Description: Trip.com Marketing team is seeking a passionate, data-driven User Growth Strategy Manager who will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive user growth strategy specifically for the Hotels business. This role will focus on driving significant uplift across all stages of the user lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Referral) to achieve fast, sustainable growth and meet Trip.com’s global and regional Hotels growth targets. Develop User Growth Strategies·Align growth initiatives with Trip.com’s global hotel business objectives to increase engagement, conversion, and repeat bookings. ·Develop tailored strategies for different user segments. ·Drive marketing initiatives across different platforms and channels. ·Plan and execute major campaign or project to boost traffic and bookings.Data Analysis & Growth Optimization·Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior, conversion rates, and ROI for data-driven decision-making. ·Conduct A/B testing and price elasticity analysis to optimize pricing and marketing performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration·Collaborate closely with product, tech, advertising, and supply teams to implement growth tools and innovative solutions. ·Support global and regional growth initiatives, ensuring effective execution across markets.
Responsible for the city's supply capacity scale and delivery efficiency. Improve delivery quality and control delivery costs through supply and demand analysis and capacity tracking. 1. Monitoring and Analysis: Effectively monitor the city's supply and demand situation, predict supply and demand status, understand the distribution of supply and demand in the city, identify unresolved issues and opportunities for efficiency improvement. 2. Strategy Development: Fully motivate riders, optimize capacity structure, and solve capacity problems through rider education, incentive traction activities, and horizontal collaboration. 3. Summarize Knowledge Base: Summarize effective solutions for urban capacity operations and promote them widely. 4. Tool Design: Designing processes and product tools to address problems within similar categories, enabling automation of supply–demand adjustments across different scenarios.
