美团产品本地化经理 Localization Project Manager
任职要求
1、本科学历,3年以上本地化项目管理经验,有使用内容管理平台或企业级翻译管理平台的经验;
2、精通项目管理,能产出有效本地化方案和流程协作文档;
3、中英文均可作为工作语言,且有较高互译能力;
4、合作性好,团队感强,注重细节,目标导向。
工作职责
1、与多团队紧密配合,高效支持产品/设计/开发/UX Writer等团队的本地化需求和诉求; 2、构建协同产研、语言专家以及外部供应商的体系化流程,保证各系统产品&可见度高文本资产的多语言质量,执行质量保证流程,问题修复; 3、理解本地化行业的产品工具效率提升空间,与开发团队协作持续优化本地化系统/工具的运作效率; 4、理解目标用户和业务系统,参加并支持其他产品本地化相关的事项,基于用户洞察提出功能体验层面本地化的提升建议。
1、保障本地语言的整体质量: (1)负责商业化在目标市场的产品UI及文档质量; (2)识别和分析语言质量问题,并与LPM和跨团队合作共同制定改进计划; (3)制定适合当地市场的语言策略; (4)监督和执行本地语言工作,包括但不限于翻译、审校、创译/文案撰写、质量检查和LQA; 2、管理语言资产: (1)创建和维护术语表、TM、语言风格指南和QA清单; (2)制定本地语言资产的管理策略; 3、维护语言资源: (1)监控该语言外部译员的质量,包括但不限于进行抽检、培训和制定质量改进计划; (2)必要时与内部团队合作,征求专业意见; 4、与合作方沟通:作为该语言的主要对接人,与内外部团队合作,提供本地文化和语言相关建议; 5、制定实施适合当地语言和文化的流程和指引,确保本地化内容的一致性和质量; 6、管理本地语言项目时间线、质量指标并向合作方同步进度。 1.Ensure the overall quality of the assigned language: (1)Responsible for the language quality of the assigned market for the designated product interface and documentation; (2)Identify and analyze language quality issues and work on improvement plans with content project managers and XFN teams; (3)Initiate language strategy tailored for the assigned language; (4)Oversee and perform language tasks including but not limited to translation, review, transcreation/copywriting, quality checks and LQA; 2.Manage language assets: (1)Creation and maintenance of the terminology database, TM, writing/localization guidelines and QA checklists; (2)Develop a strategy to manage language assets for the designated language; 3.Manage resources available to the language: (1)Monitor the quality of external resources for the language, including but not limited to conducting quality reviews, trainings and performance improvement plans; (2)Connect with internal SMEs for expert opinion when necessary; 4.Bridge communication with stakeholders: Work as the prime contact for the assigned language, to work with both internal and external teams; Provide cultural and language-related advice; 5.Develop and implement language best practices, guidelines, and processes to ensure consistency and quality across all localized content for the language; 6.Managing language projects timelines, quality metrics, and reporting on progress to stakeholders.
1. Collaborate with the language project manager, external translation providers, and product manager to ensure the quality of the English copy for the Keeta product, with the goal of continually improving the efficiency and quality of English copy delivery. 2. Develop and maintain language assets such as an English terminology database, style guides and translation memories to boost the efficiency of translation tasks internally and externally, and reduce translation costs. 3. Establish a benchmarking system for product copy, and continuously carry out research on key vocabulary. 4. Collaborate with local functional roles to continuously gather user feedback related to copy, and optimize the quality of copy in iterative cycles. --- 1. 与语言项目经理、外部翻译供应商及产品经理协作,对Keeta产品功能性英文文案质量负责,以实现英文文案交付效率、质量不断提升。 2. 建立并维护英文术语库、写作指南及翻译记忆等语言资产,以提升内外部翻译工作效率、降低翻译成本。 3. 建立产品文案对标系统框架,针对核心重要词汇进行持续对标研究。 4. 与本地职能角色进行配合,持续收集文案相关用户反馈,并优化迭代文案质量。
1、为本地化开发和维护可扩展的质量框架、流程和最佳实践; 2、作为语言质量相关需求的主要负责人,确保向组织内的利益相关者传达清楚问题、进展和解决方案; 3、与本地化经理和其他跨职能团队合作,识别并解决语言方面的挑战; 4、与产品、设计、开发、营销和运营团队密切合作,提供专业的语言和文化上的见解,与供应商和外部语言学家密切合作,确保高效协作和支持; 5、通过识别本地化过程中的问题,在语言和团队层面推动解决方案,领导语言质量改进计划; 6、为翻译和审核供应商提供支持和指导,开发和维护全面的知识库,包括所有语言和产品的语言资产,如风格指南和词汇表。 1.Develop, implement, and maintain scalable quality frameworks, processes, and best practices for localization; 2.Serve as the primary point of contact for language quality-related inquiries, ensuring clear communication of issues, progress, and solutions to stakeholders across the organization; 3.Collaborate with localization managers and cross-functional teams to identify and address linguistic challenges; 4.Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to provide linguistic or cultural insights, but also with external vendors and linguists to ensure efficient collaboration and support; 5.Lead language quality improvement initiatives by identifying challenges in the localization process and driving solutions at both the language and team levels; 6.Provide support and guidance to translation and review vendors to maintain localization quality during product launches in all supported languages and develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base, including linguistic assets across all languages and products, including style guides and glossaries.
1、负责海外市场的行业、竞品和用户研究,充分准确获取行业及竞品动态、深入挖掘海外用户需求,并结合业务发展战略输出清晰的产品规划及产品目标; 2、深度理解用户体验,跟进产品需求分析,设计、落地,对国际版座舱进行整体产品验收,通过指标搭建、量化产品和体验目标达成情况,对结果负责; 3、利用海外base 优势,有效利用当地母语者资源进行产品本地化(如界面范围、小语种语音效果)的产品走查验收,确保产品在不同语言环境下的准确性和用户体验; 4、与研发、设计、市场营销等部门紧密合作,确保产品从概念到上市的全流程顺利进行。 1. Conduct in-depth industry, competitor, and user research in overseas markets, accurately capturing industry trends and competitor dynamics. Identify and analyze international user needs, aligning them with the business strategy to develop clear product planning and objectives. 2. Deeply understand user experience and manage the full product requirements analysis, design, and implementation process. Oversee product acceptance for the international cockpit version and ensure achievement of quantitative product and experience goals through metric tracking. 3. Leverage overseas base advantages and effectively utilize native speakers to conduct product localization reviews (e.g., interface elements, minor language adaptation for voice functions), ensuring product accuracy and optimal user experience across different language environments. 4. Collaborate closely with R&D, design, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch.
