工作职责


1.负责制定并执行拉美地区业务培训运营策略,基于不同角色(BD、大客户经理、BD管理者、运营、支持),定义不同阶段需要的知识和技能,并通过培训有效提升员工胜任度及满意度,为培训效果负责,确保团队目标的达成;
2.负责建立和优化业务培训体系,持续提升团队专业能力和执行力;
3.协调各部门合作,确保培训项目的顺利实施和效果评估;
4.研究行业成熟培训体系,不断优化培训内容和方法,提高团队竞争力。

What You'll Do:
1.Responsible for developing and implementing business training and operation strategies for Brazil, defining the knowledge and skills required at different stages based on various roles (BD, Key Account Manager, BD Manager, Operations, Support). Enhance employee competence and satisfaction through training and be accountable for training effectiveness, ensuring the achievement of team goals.
2.Establish and optimize the business training system to continuously enhance the team's professional capabilities and execution power.
3.Coordinate collaboration among various departments to ensure the smooth implementation and evaluation of training programs.
4.Research mature training systems in the industry and continuously optimize training content and methods to improve team competitiveness.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Communicate with industry leading distributors and wholsalers via phone, email, text, video, social media, etc., or in person meetings. - Help company to gain better brand recognition by assisting trade shows and other public functions. - Collect market information, including but not limited to, market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s analysis. - Negotiate supply agreements with new and existing channel partners. - Record channel's performance and marketing events, training actitivies, etc., and organize routine communication such as QBR to maintain a healthy cooperation. - Be able to travel regularly to meet new partners, or assist existing partners. - A life-time learner that is able to quickly adapt and work under pressure.
