Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role is eligible for additional discretionary bonuses. Today Anker is bringing our signature innovation to the residential solar market, and we are looking for new team members to help us revolutionize a rapidly growing industry. About this position: Anker is looking for Business Development position aiming to expand company‘s residential ESS solutions. As a key member of sales organization, the goal of this position is to establish a channel / installer map and engage eco-system partners to build-up the sales network, meeting the revenue, margin and account receivable target set on. The candidate will need to manage channel partners and maintain long-term partnership. The candidate will perform in channel development and operation role from a regional level to the North America market segment. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Communicate with industry leading distributors and wholsalers via phone, email, text, video, social media, etc., or in person meetings. - Help company to gain better brand recognition by assisting trade shows and other public functions. - Collect market information, including but not limited to, market data, industry trend, product standard and competitor’s analysis. - Negotiate supply agreements with new and existing channel partners. - Record channel's performance and marketing events, training actitivies, etc., and organize routine communication such as QBR to maintain a healthy cooperation. - Be able to travel regularly to meet new partners, or assist existing partners. - A life-time learner that is able to quickly adapt and work under pressure.
1.Partnership Management: Manage and maintain Trip.com’s relationships with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches. Optimize distirbution policies and strategy to enhance the sales goal of the company. 2.Business Negotiations: Lead the team handling business negotiations with OTA partners, Resellers and Metasearches including procurement, formulation of operational rules, implementation of cooperation plans, and maintaining customer relationships. Ensure team's KPI & OKR indicators proceed smoothly. 3.Cross-Department Collaboration: Assist the company's finance, product, technology, and service teams in streamlining processes with clients and facilitating communication. Ensure a full-cycle integration in product distribution, operational service system construction, and financial processes. 4.Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data from partners on a regular basis. Provide accurate data support to the company and clients to help formulate and adjust operational strategies. 5.Performance Tracking and Strategy Adjustment: Monitor and review the effectiveness of partnerships, and adjust cooperation strategies in a timely manner to respond to market changes and customer needs.
Partnership Development: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with MNOs and MVNOs globally. Maintain strong relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual growth. Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company strategy and objectives. Manage the end-to-end process from initial contact to contract signing. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand the availability and reach of travel essentials products, driving market share growth in key regions. Product Enhancement: Collaborate with partners to develop and launch new products or services that meet the needs of travelers. Provide market insights to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments such as marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure seamless integration and execution of different projects. Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and analyze partner performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve outcomes and maximize ROI. Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements in the telecom sector. Use this information to inform strategy and drive innovation. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on business partnership activities, market trends, and performance metrics for senior management.
1. Drive both direct sales and channel sales, ensuring a healthy mix of both to optimize market reach and revenue generation. 2. Enable top IT software partners to scan the top 5 banks, wallets, and telcos to build a qualified pipeline. 3. Rally the relevant resources within Ant Group to follow up and close deals effectively. 4. Collaborate with sales teams, product managers, and senior management within the company to ensure alignment of business development strategies. 5. Uphold the company's ethics and compliance culture, reinforcing our reputation as a company dedicated to quality and integrity.
1. Find catering merchants willing to cooperate with Meituan Keeta through effective appointments and efficient door-to-door visits, and reach cooperation agreements. 2. Assist partner restaurants in setting up their online stores on the platform, and provide training on how to manage their online delivery business. 3. Collaborate with partner merchants to plan online marketing campaigns and offer professional solutions for delivery operations, aiding our partner restaurants in enhancing their delivery business. 4. Conduct regular visits to maintain customer relationships with partner restaurants and collaborate with various departments to address and resolve daily queries from these partner restaurants.
