目标感强,具备从0到1突破增长瓶颈的成功案例。

At least 3 years of experience in internet user growth, preferably with a background in platform products (like e-commerce, O2O, two-sided markets).

Well-versed in growth hacking techniques, with hands-on experience in channel operations, virality strategies, and subsidy plans.

Proficient in data analysis tools and able to perform attribution analysis using data.

Highly attuned to user psychology, skilled at motivating behavior change through incentive design.

Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of overcoming growth bottlenecks from scratch.

工作职责


负责Keeta某国用户增长全链路策略,包括新客获取、激活转化、留存复购等核心环节,制定并落地用户增长目标;

主导增长实验(如渠道拉新、裂变玩法、补贴策略),通过AB测试优化获客成本(CAC)与用户生命周期价值(LTV);

分析用户行为数据,挖掘高潜力渠道,设计增长闭环模型;

搭建用户增长数据看板,监控关键指标,定期输出增长复盘报告;

协同产品、算法团队推动增长工具迭代,提升用户自发传播效率。

In charge of the whole strategy for user growth in a specific country on our platform, including attracting new users, triggering their engagement and conversion, retaining them and encouraging repeat purchases. Also, setting and achieving user growth targets.

Leading growth experiments like channel acquisition, viral strategies, and subsidy plans, and fine-tuning the cost of acquiring customers (CAC) and the lifetime value (LTV) of users through AB testing.

Analyzing user behavior data to identify high-potential channels and creating a seamless growth model.

Creating a user growth data dashboard to keep track of key metrics and regularly providing growth recap reports.

Working with the product and algorithm teams to continually improve our growth tools and enhance the efficiency of organic user growth.
