1. Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3+ years of experience in partner strategy, vendor operations, or logistics delivery management.本科及以上学历,3年以上合作商策略、供应商运营或物流配送相关经验。 2. Experience in scaling 0-to-1 projects or optimizing complex partner networks.有从0到1搭建项目或优化复杂合作商体系的经验者优先。 3. Proficiency in SQL and data tools, with strong data analysis, modeling, and business insight capabilities.熟练使用SQL等数据工具,具备优秀的数据分析、建模能力与商业敏感性。 4. Experience designing incentive systems, performance evaluation frameworks, or compliance governance processes.具备激励机制、绩效评估体系或合规治理设计经验。 5. Strong project management skills, communication abilities, and cross-functional collaboration experience.优秀的项目管理能力、沟通协调能力,以及跨部门协作经验。 6. Fluent English is required. 精通英语。
工作职责
1. Designing and optimizing partner admission and exit criteria to ensure sustainable partner quality.设计并优化合作商准入与退出机制,确保合作商质量可持续发展。 2. Planning and implementing the partner onboarding process, including training and capability assessments.规划并执行合作商Onboarding流程,包括培训与能力评估。 3. Developing partner tiering systems and benefit structures to foster long-term engagement and performance improvement.搭建合作商分层体系及权益机制,推动长期合作和绩效提升。 4. Defining and tracking partner performance metrics, implementing data-driven evaluation and governance systems.制定合作商运营考核指标,建立数据驱动的评估与管理体系。 5. Designing and iterating incentive and benefit strategies that align with long-term operational goals.设计并迭代激励与福利策略,以支撑业务的中长期发展目标。 6. Structuring the partner network across regions and cities, ensuring balanced supply and strong partner capabilities.梳理并优化不同城市的合作商结构,保障稳定供给并提升合作商能力。 7. Developing scalable partner training systems, including digital learning and in-person capability building.搭建可复制的合作商培训体系,包含线上学习与线下能力提升。 8. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, legal, and product to continuously enhance partner experience.与运营、法务、产品等跨部门团队协作,持续提升合作商体验和运营效率。
1.Partner tier: Develop an evaluation mechanism for partners and establish a tiered system based on the evaluation framework. 2.Partner Development: Create strategies to support partner development, offering good partners additional benefits and development opportunities. 3.Profit Analysis: Conduct partner surveys to analyze operational costs and rider expense data, determining the profit margins of partners. 4.Key Metrics Monitoring: Track key metrics such as the number of partners, average partner scale, and partner profitability. Regularly review and analyze data to identify issues in collaboration and management, design improvement strategies, and ensure their implementation.
1. Establishment of early warning mechanism: Design and implement a partner early warning system to monitor key indicators of partners in real time. Develop early warning standards and response processes to ensure that partners make rectifications in a timely manner and achieve target; 2. Termination strategy formulation: Develop strategies and procedures for cooperation termination, assess the legal risks and economic impacts of terminating cooperation, and ensure compliance; 3. Through data analysis, identify partner performance, and formulate cooperation interview, early warning, and termination strategies.

Align partner roadmaps with partners' target markets and NVIDIA initiatives. You’ll be the strategic connector between NVIDIA’s datacenter roadmap and China partners’ execution. Your work ensures that the right systems reach Chinese customers quickly, aligned perfectly with product priorities and market demand. This role is essential in resolving how we efficiently implement our world-class technology in one of the most driven markets. What you’ll be doing: • Align Roadmaps: Work with China OEMs, ODMs, and integrators to sync their systems’ development timelines with NVIDIA’s product launches. • Connect to Target Markets: Understand partner-specific markets—hyperscale cloud, internet platforms, manufacturing, finance—and translate these into aligned product moves. • Enable Systems & Products: Help partners integrate NVIDIA hardware, software, and networking swiftly to ensure early launch readiness. • Prioritize Smartly: Guide partners to allocate engineering and validation work to the most impactful areas aligned with both NVIDIA and their markets. • Feed Insights: Collect market intelligence from China’s AI, HPC, and enterprise segments and loop insights into our global product plans. • Ensure Launch Readiness: Assist partners with validation, certification, and compliance so systems are production-ready on launch day. • Collaborate Across Teams: Bridge local execution with global strategy by working closely with NVIDIA’s engineering, and marketing teams.
