任职要求
1、2-3 years of experience in API product/technology/operations, familiar with API integration projects; 2、Excellent insight and logic ability, master demand research, analysis methodology, project management experience is a plus; 3、Fluent in Arabic&English listening, reading and writing, good communication skills，Fluent in Arabic is a plus. 1、有2-3年的API 产品/技术/运营经验，熟悉API集成项目； 2、优秀的洞察力和逻辑能力，掌握产品需求调研、分析方法，有项目管理经验加分； 3、英文听说读写流利，沟通能力强，阿拉伯语流利加分。
工作职责
1. Responsible for API vendors integration and related product functions development, ensure the efficiency and quality of integration, and make sure that API product functions meet the business development goals; 2.Manage the API product project, establish collaboration and communication mechanism among sales, PM, RD team and other parties to promote the project to achieve business expectations and deliver results; 3. Conduct product feature training and promotion, develop comprehensive product training manuals, and assist team in mastering product usage. 1. 负责API服务商和功能接入相关产品的迭代和优化，确保重要服务商接入效率和质量，确保API产品功能满足业务发展目标需求； 2.管理API产品项目流程，建立销售、产品、技术团队等相关方的协作和沟通机制，推动项目实现业务预期并交付成果； 3. 开展产品功能培训和推广，制定全面的产品培训手册，协助团队掌握产品使用方法。
汇报上级：国家B端后线运营负责人 1.Team leader岗位，为国家B端业务团队（销售、运营、支持）及商家的工作效率及体验负责，梳理及定义业务流程的合理性和科学性，协同产研团队输出产品解决方案，确保产品功能的成功上线和实施； 2.整体管理国家B端的产品需求（包含商家端、销售操作系统、各类分析工具等），通过深入业务场景理解业务需求，与各部门资源合作推进项目进展，确保产研项目符合业务预期达成，帮助业务目标更高效实现； 3.搭建围绕产品的业务需求管理及评估机制，确保各类需求管理的有序性，关注并改善解决方案上线后的业务团队满意度和商家满意度； 4.开展产品功能培训和推广，制定全面的产品培训手册，协助业务团队掌握产品使用方法。
B端负责人： 1.负责整体销售战略的制定与执行，确保销售目标的达成； 2.协调跨职能部门（如销售、销运、产运等）的合作，推动项目的顺利执行； 3.统筹大客户管理、SMB等多军种销售模式，提升销售效能； 4.探索并推动新业务的开拓，负责0到1的新业务发展和市场开拓； 5.管理并激励团队，搭建高效的团队架构，推动团队成长和高绩效。 B端策略/产品运营骨干： 1.负责制定和优化供给策略/销售策略/产品策略，分析市场数据和业务趋势，推动运营效率提升； 2.参与新业务的探索和0到1的业务发展，提供策略性建议； 3.协调资源，支持各部门推动业务执行，确保战略的落地； 4.参与销售团队的日常运营管理，优化流程、提升工作效率。

Lead the iteration and optimization of internal sales/operations product tools, provide product solutions, and coordinate with the sales, product, technical teams, and other relevant departments to ensure successful product feature launches and implementations. 2. Manage the product project，co-operate with the various departments to promote the progress of the project, ensure that the production project meets the business expectations, and help the business objectives to be achieved more efficiently 3.
