1. Sales Target Management: Break down the sales team's business objectives and identify key sales indicators that impact the team's ability to achieve these targets. Establish a target management system and utilize efficient data tools and organizational methods to manage the sales team’s daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals. 2. Sales strategy development: Develop a sales strategy by identifying growth opportunities through analysis and prospecting, and create a clear execution path. 3. Project Management: By utilizing project management, ensure the successful implementation of key business goals and strategies. Analyze and assess the feasibility and risks associated with the sales team's objectives. Mobilize resources from the strategy, product, and operations teams to effectively support the sales team in achieving its business goals. 4. Efficiency Optimization: Understand the whole BD process and operation pain points of the sales team, promote the production and research team to build sales tools, establish a standardized operation process, and improve the team's efficiency. Promote the optimization of product capabilities on the merchant side to help merchants improve efficiency in online operations. 1. 销售目标管理:对销售团队业务目标进行拆解,梳理并定义影响销售团队达成目标的关键销售指标,建立目标管理指标体系,通过高效的数据工具和组织机制管理销售团队日/周/月维度销售目标。 2.制定销售策略:通过经营分析及探查,识别业务增长机会,制定销售策略及前线执行路径。 3.项目管理:以项目管理方式,保障业务关键目标及策略可有效落地执行,分析并敏捷判断销售团队目标达成的可行性及风险,充分调动策略、产品、OB团队资源,驱动销售团队达成业务目标。 4.效率优化:了解销售团队BD“找约谈签上运”全流程和作业痛点,推动产研团队搭建销售工具,建立标准化运营流程,提高团队运营效率。推动商家端产品能力优化,帮助商家线上运营提效。
1. 负责销售全流程数据监控、分析工作,洞察业务增长点,并能及时定位和预警业务存在的问题和风险点,提供策略方向和改善建议,建设数据报表,推进业务数据产品的建设,提升销售及运营团队的运行效率; 2. 重点专项分析:根据数据分析得出的相关分析结果,协同内外部资源,推进重点项目销售侧落地并不断复盘迭代拿结果; 3.深入了解销售业务,持续跟进业务动作,建立多维度业务策略诊断体系,发现和定位当前业务存在的问题,为业务决策提供支撑。 1. Sales Process Optimization: Understand the whole BD process and operation pain points of the SMB team, promote the production and research team to build sales tools, establish a standardized operation process, and improve the team's operational efficiency. 2. Sales Tool Development: Identify key points that constrain sales productivity improvement, and drive the product and research teams to develop and implement sales tools. 3. Merchant Tool Development: Identify merchant needs and pain points, and promote optimization of merchant-side product capabilities to enhance online operational efficiency for merchants. 4. Project Management: Utilize project management to ensure the successful implementation of key business goals and strategies. Mobilize resources from the strategy, product, and operations teams to effectively support the SMB team in achieving its business goals.
1. 负责外部API服务商接入平台,确保重要服务商接入效率和质量,并积极主动识别相关产品功能点的开发和迭代,保障API产品功满足业务发展目标需求; 2.管理API产品项目流程,建立销售、产品、技术团队等相关方的协作和沟通机制,精准把控各关键节点,推动项目实现业务预期并交付成果; 3. 开展产品功能培训和推广,制定全面的产品培训手册,协助团队掌握产品使用方法; 1.Responsible for the access of external API service providers, ensuring efficient and high-quality integration of key API providers, actively identifying the development and iteration of related product features, ensuring that the API product meets business development goals; 2.Manage the API product project workflow, establish collaboration and communication mechanisms among sales, product, tech teams, precisely control each key milestone, and drive the project to meet business expectations and deliver results; 3.Lead product feature training and promotion, develop a comprehensive product training guide, and support the team in mastering product usage.
1.通过高效预约与上门拜访,寻找愿与美团 Keeta 合作的餐饮商户并达成合作协议; 2.协助合作餐厅在平台开设外卖网店,并且能为商户提供线上业务管理培训; 3.为商家的外卖业务运营提供专业方案,帮助商家提升营业额,与keeta一起合作共赢; 4.定期回访合作餐厅,维护客户关系,协同各部门处理解决日常疑问。 1.Identify and secure partnerships with restaurants willing to collaborate with Meituan Keeta through efficient scheduling and in-person visits, negotiating cooperation agreements. 2.Assist partner restaurants in setting up online delivery stores on the platform and provide training for managing their online business operations . 3.Offer professional solutions for merchants' takeout business operations, assist merchants in increasing their turnover, and achieve win - win cooperation with Keeta. 4.Conduct regular follow-ups with partner restaurants to maintain strong customer relationships and coordinate with various departments to resolve daily inquiries.
