工作职责
1)Deploy & govern partners' capacity targets via digital tools, optimizing partner capacity performance to meet platform supply target. 2)Conduct capacity analysis and provide actionable insights for capacity deployment strategy design.
1)Collaborate with regional team on partners' capacity schdueling target and capacity attendance performance, leverage partner feedback loops to enhance goal-setting precision and operational feasibility. 2)Lead end-to-end execution of capacity scheduling targets, monitor and analyze partners performance,and help drive corrective actions for underperforming partners and areas. 3)Design and optimize synchronization and interaction processes with local team to enhance operational efficiency.
1)Design spatial capacity strategies for 3PL partners across delivery zones, using demand forecasting and SLA optimization. 2)Build preemptive buffering systems for volatility scenarios, enabling rapid response to supply-demand shocks. 3)Spatiotemporal Scheduling Strategy: Develop intelligent capacity scheduling frameworks across time-space dimensions, outputting optimized scheduling targets to 3PL partners. 4)Imbalance Scenario Engine Design: Build resilience mechanisms for critical supply-demand gaps. 岗位职责: 1. 建立和优化供需预测机制和能力,设计合理的排班运营策略,并与商考核密切联动,牵引合作商做功、保障骑手出勤; 2. 结合巴西当地场景,设计供需失衡场景运力运营策略和机制,保障压力场景运力出勤; 3. 联动一线团队,设计并优化排班运营流程和SOP,提升策略运营效率。
1. 3PL Capacity Management: Monitor and ensure that target capacity metrics for third-party logistics (3PL) partners are met. This includes evaluating performance and implementing improvements as needed. 2. Rider Shift Monitoring: Track and manage rider shift schedules, ensuring adherence to planned timings and identifying any deviations that could impact operations. 3. Performance Analysis: Analyze rider performance data relative to their scheduled shifts, extract actionable insights, and collaborate with relevant teams to optimize operational efficiency. 4. Data Insights Extraction: Extract insights from large amounts of data to support operational decision-making. 5. Translation Support: Assist with translating documents for partners as required.
1. 3PL Training System Development: Participate in designing the 3PL growth path, identify opportunities for capacity improvement among 3PLs at different lifecycle stages, and develop training courses for new 3PLs (e.g., platform operations, marketing tool usage, order management) to promote merchant growth and capability enhancement. 2. End-to-End 3PL Experience Management Establish a NPS monitoring system, conduct quarterly surveys and monthly interviews (covering ≥30% of active merchants) to identify core pain points in 3PLs' operations, and drive relevant departments to adjust strategies for optimizing the 3PL experience. Create a 3PL honor system to enhance their satisfaction through award ceremonies, online exposure, etc., thereby improving the platform's reputation.
