工作职责
1. Responsible for the daily operation of product tool systems, including financial reconciliation, API merchant onboarding, material management, and handling exceptions. 2. Responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting product operation data to provide data support for product optimization. 3. Participate in the formulation and execution of product operation strategies to drive the achievement of product operation goals. 4. Collaborate closely with the technical team to assist in resolving technical issues in product operations. 5. Participate in optimizing product user experience to enhance user satisfaction.

• Manage existing and forge new card acquiring license application project and prepare related BRD. • Work with cross-functional teams especially in product, operations and sales to launch and operationalize card payment, take responsibility for card payment TPV. • Contribute to developing Antom’s card payments strategy. • Practice the Ant culture within the team, and build and empower talents.

Responsible for the iteration and optimization of internal sales/operations product tools, provide product solutions, and coordinate with the sales, product, technical teams, and other relevant departments to ensure successful product feature launches and implementations; 2. Manage the product project,co-operate with the various departments to promote the progress of the project, ensure that the production project meets the business expectations, and help the business objectives to be achieved more efficiently; 3.
