1. Conduct regular industry analysis, track competitive landscapes, market dynamics and continuously update the strategic plan 2. Analyze Middle East market user and merchant behavior ,drive insights from surveys and work closely with business analysis team on certain key projects 3. Develop and maintain professional relationship with local experts, make clear recommendations and support region leader's decisions
- Lead the creation and implementation of SEO-driven marketing content, including digital ads on Linkedin and Google to enhance online visibility and attract institutional clients to TradingFront - Author thought-leadership articles and conceive white papers to position the company as a leader in the institutional finance space - Develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing market share, improving customer engagement, and achieving high ROI - Build and manage strategic partnerships with asset management firms to drive business growth, collaborating with industry stakeholders to expand TradingFront’s reach - Plan and execute quarterly events to promote brand awareness and build strong relationships with institutional clients - Brainstorm and implement marketing campaigns aimed at driving institutional sales and revenue growth - Regularly monitor and assess marketing campaign performance, making adjustments to optimize results and maximize ROI - Conduct strategic competitor analysis and market research to inform business strategy and identify growth opportunities

Key Responsibilities 1. Internal Communications • Develop and implement an integrated internal communications strategy across digital and traditional channels to align employees with business priorities and reinforce Lazada's employer brand. • Own end-to-end management of corporate communication platforms-including content creation, editorial coordination, and timely publication-ensuring consistency between internal and external messaging. • Establish robust two-way feedback mechanisms (e.g., town halls, focus groups, informal listening) to capture employee sentiment and inform organizational decisions. 2. Employee Experience & Engagement Programs • Design and deliver innovative employee engagement programs for Lazada Regional and Singapore-based teams, centered on meaningful work, a positive workplace culture, and recognition. • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact company-wide events that create memorable "Lazada signature experiences" and foster community. • Champion Lazada's culture as an active member of the People team-modeling, promoting, and embedding our values in everyday practices.
The role LazPay is the payments and financial services arm of Lazada and is part of the Financial and Payment Business organization of Alibaba International Digital Commerce (AIDC). LazInsure is a growing business unit that focuses on providing embedded insurance solutions within AIDC's e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a customer centric and motivated individual to help with operations and insights to drive the best user experience for Lazada buyers who avail of our insurance products Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Leads the identification and development of business opportunities by doing market opportunity sizing and development of business cases; - Own end to end process of operating and launching insurance products for Lazada in the Philippines - Deliver sales of products, programs, and services through e-commerce platform embedded sales and other channels as measured by net revenue - Setup Customer Segmentation, Strategy, and Retention including insights and business intelligence with support of internal Business intelligence team; - Lead in driving the expansion of products and services through partnerships and vendor selection - Regularly monitor market and benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes, as well as overall InsurTech developments locally and globally - Oversees communication with internal units regarding updates or changes to the products and manages key stakeholders within Alibaba International Digital Commerce - Manage relationships with insurance partners, assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to as needed - Drive win-win negotiations between Lazada and insurance partners· Contribute to category performance management and deliver insights to senior management - Prepare for and assist with the implementation of regular campaigns and initiatives - Identify and champion product improvements - Any other duties that may be assigned
