Develop and execute a creative social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.), aligned with Keeta's brand goals and philosophy. 2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (static content, videos, Stories, and Reels) targeted at diverse audiences. 3. Plan and oversee the social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery. 4. Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to increase engagement and reach. 5. Collaborate with the design department, operations team, merchant management team, and rider management team to support events, promotions, and product launches. 6. Participate in online communities, respond to comments/messages, and actively cultivate a loyal following. 7. Keep a close eye on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools. 8. Manage external agencies as needed.

Support in managing social media platforms and developing in-art copies and captions. Content development on owned media platforms: TikTok, Facebook, X, Instagram and more. Moderation of Mi Communuity: planning, posting threads/content aligned with Community Manager Support in marketing report development and analysis Support in marketing events, roadshows, production, and other related marketing work
1. Drive platform partnerships and collaboration with external agencies on key issue domains ; 2. Leverage industry research and resources to inform and educate our safety strategy and in-app user safety features to users ; 3. Engage with XFN teams in Brazil to deliver T&S initiatives and programs and contribute from T&S perspective ; 4. Facilitate the information flow between the local and HQ teams and ensure the visibility of progress through timely and appropriate updates ; 5. Build external narratives explaining our values, principles and overall policy/enforcement approach with a view to drive Industry alignment and consensus with key KOF's/KOL's etc. ; 6.Establish external governance and advisory forums with a view to transparency, accountability, and most importantly driving ongoing improvements at the service of our community.

Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and cohesive content strategy across channels. - Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with international audiences. - Community Building: Foster meaningful connections with our audience by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building a loyal online community. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep our strategy fresh and relevant. - Email Marketing: Support email marketing efforts by aligning social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives.
