What You'll Do 1.User Growth Strategy Development: Responsible for formulating and executing user growth strategies, understanding user growth logic, and building a sustainable user growth system. 2.User Segmentation & Retention: Establish a user segmentation system, categorize user groups and design relevant mechanisms to increase user stickiness, contribution and loyalty, promoting retention and activity. 3.Channel Expansion & Optimization: Deeply understand emerging traffic and new approaches, explore effective new user acquisition channels and strategies with continuous optimization to reach target users. 4.Data Analysis & Product Improvement: Analyze user behavior data to identify new growth opportunities in user acquisition/activity/retention, and continuously collaborate with product teams for product enhancement. 5.Cross-department Collaboration: Coordinate with product, technology and other teams, align resources and promote project implementation.
Description: Trip.com Marketing team is seeking a passionate, data-driven User Growth Strategy Manager who will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive user growth strategy specifically for the Hotels business. This role will focus on driving significant uplift across all stages of the user lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, and Referral) to achieve fast, sustainable growth and meet Trip.com’s global and regional Hotels growth targets. Develop User Growth Strategies·Align growth initiatives with Trip.com’s global hotel business objectives to increase engagement, conversion, and repeat bookings. ·Develop tailored strategies for different user segments. ·Drive marketing initiatives across different platforms and channels. ·Plan and execute major campaign or project to boost traffic and bookings.Data Analysis & Growth Optimization·Use analytics tools to monitor user behavior, conversion rates, and ROI for data-driven decision-making. ·Conduct A/B testing and price elasticity analysis to optimize pricing and marketing performance.Cross-Functional Collaboration·Collaborate closely with product, tech, advertising, and supply teams to implement growth tools and innovative solutions. ·Support global and regional growth initiatives, ensuring effective execution across markets.

You’ll own DAU and TPV targets by transforming operational efficiency into competitive advantage – where every funnel step, creative asset, and dollar spent is engineered to convert. • Develop, execute, and continuously refine end-to-end growth marketing strategies across integrated mobile payment partners to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. • Plan, manage, and optimize seasonal campaigns across markets • Conduct in-depth audience segmentation, keyword research, and targeting strategy development to maximize campaign effectiveness including click-through rates (CTRs), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). • Lead the execution and analysis of A/B tests to improve campaign targeting, messaging, and creative elements and conversion rates, customer lifetime value (LTV), and ROI. • Analyze cross-channel marketing data to uncover insights, identify growth opportunities, and drive continuous funnel optimization across the user journey. • Track, report, and communicate campaign performance and business impact to stakeholders on a regular basis, ensuring transparency and alignment with growth goals. • Effectively lead and execute on cross-functional projects with product, design, content, operations, and internal support team • Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure efficient allocation of resources and optimal results across all marketing activities. • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, best practices in performance marketing and competitor strategies
Responsibilities - Develop and execute user growth strategies for Al consumer apps and websites, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention and referral. - Own user acquisition and growth initiatives via influencer marketing, paid media, community operations, and content distribution. - Continuously monitor trends, user feedback and user behavior analytics in target markets to gather market insights. - Develop product positioning strategies based on market research, user behavior analysis and competitor benchmark. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to rapidly ® iterate and launch growth initiatives. - Initiate and manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), community operations and event marketing. - Build and manage user communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) to increase engagement and retention. - Plan and execute global influencer campaigns (KOL/KOC), identify top-performing creators, and track ROl and conversions. - Drive organic content growth on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to acquire users at low cost. - Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), including creative testing and budget allocation. - Coordinate SEO strategy and execution to improve product visibility on international search engines. - Analyze channel performance and user acquisition metrics, and build repeatable growth playbooks. - Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.
