Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, E-commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in merchant operations, business operations, product operations, marketplace operations, business development, or a related field. Candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken.
Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of merchant operations, digital products, and operational workflows.
Experience collaborating with Product, Delivery Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other supporting functions.
Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboards, reporting, and performance tracking.
Ability to identify business issues, structure requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and follow through on execution.
Strong communication, problem-solving, project management, and execution skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment.
