工作职责
【工作内容】 1. 深度参与强化学习算法的前沿探索,推动其在自动驾驶决策与规划场景中的落地应用 2. 设计并实现强化学习相关实验方案,完成算法验证、性能评估与迭代优化 3. 与团队紧密协作,将研究成果转化为可工程化落地的系统方案 【岗位吸引点】 1. 实量产场景验证:算法直接应用于美团 RoboVan 车队的决策规划模块,在复杂城市物流场景中完成真实闭环验证,研究成果不止于论文 2. 顶级技术环境:与强化学习方向资深研究员深度协作,接触国内少有的、将 RL 应用于规模化商业落地的完整技术栈 3. 全链路视角:在感知-决策-执行全链路自研的环境中工作,能从系统层面理解 RL 在自动驾驶中的真实挑战与价值
