工作职责
1、Monitor and analyze user experience and performance across Keeta's homepage, search, and recommendation channels to identify growth opportunities and optimize traffic allocation strategies. 2、Conduct product and market research to understand user needs and business scenarios, translating insights into actionable strategy recommendations. 3、Support feature and strategy iterations by analyzing data, designing and evaluating A/B tests, and preparing experiment reports. 4、Collaborate with Product, Algorithm, and Operations teams to support feature launches and monitor key business metrics. 5、Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics to improve decision-making, experimentation, and traffic strategy performance.
1. Assist the team in conducting foundational research activities such as user interviews, questionnaire surveys, and usability testing, and organize research data and materials; 2. Participate in research reports including user personas, journey mapping, and experience pain points, and provide preliminary analytical conclusions; 3. Collaborate with the design team to transform user research findings into design requirements, and follow up on solution implementation and validation; 4. Collect industry research cases and methodology materials, maintain the user research knowledge base, and ensure the completeness and reusability of resources.
