工作职责


We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most Strategic Partner Accounts. You will be responsible for the development and growth of strategic accounts on Keeta. The candidate should be hands-on, detail oriented, have relentlessly high standards and operates as a business owner who understands key levers to achieve results. Responsibilities: 1. Relationship Management: Establish long-term relationships with out most strategic partners, including some top F&B Group and Brands in Middle East. Interact effectively with different key persons(KP) within the partner and have the ability to influence senior executives. 2. Business Growth: Contribute to business strategy development and identify key initiatives that drive growth and improve the end customer & merchants experience. results. 4. We are exploring new approaches and ideas for delivery operations in collaboration with brand partners, combining the current state of the local food and beverage (F&B) industry with the value of online food delivery platforms. We are urgently seeking a strategic account manager who is proactive and willing to break with the status quo to form a sustained, long-term strategic partnership with GCC's top catering brands. This manager will take responsibility for the strategic client's cooperation and growth on Keeta from the perspective of a brand performance leader, addressing the higher operational and management requirements of chain clients, and driving the digitalization and takeaway development of Hong Kong's catering industry. Job Responsibilities: 1. Customer Relationship Management: Clearly understand the organizational structure and objectives of strategic clients; establish long-term, friendly strategic partnerships with different key personnel (KPs) within the brand; influence key KPs such as C-Level management. 2. Brand Performance Growth: Develop platform operation strategies aligned with the brand strategy and achieve consistent goals with clients; effectively collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to build resources to solve brand issues and support the achievement of brand goals. 3. Key Project Implementation: Proactively initiate or undertake high-priority key projects such as new brand expansion, single-brand marketing, and large-scale promotional recruitment, and achieve effective results. 4. Brand Strategy Innovation: Combine the current state of the local catering industry with the value of food delivery platforms to explore new approaches and ideas in areas such as digital marketing, event operations, product operations, and food delivery store development.
