任职要求
1、本科及以上学历,3年以上2D游戏动画经验,精通Spine或DragonBones 2、具备欧美卡通风格项目经验,熟悉Rubber Hose、Cartoon Network动画特点(需作品集证明) 3、掌握动画原理(预备动作、跟随、挤压拉伸)并应用于卡通风格 4、了解Unity/Unreal引擎动画系统,具备资源优化能力(会动画状态机逻辑者优先) 5、高效对接多部门需求,具备主动沟通意识与多任务管理能力
工作职责
1、负责游戏角色、生物、场景元素的2D骨骼动画制作,涵盖走跑跳、攻击、技能等全流程动作 2、设计符合欧美卡通风格的高表现力动画 3、与原画、特效团队协作确保动画与美术资源无缝衔接 4、基于Spine/DragonBones优化动画资源,适配移动端/PC多平台性能 5、参与动作评审并提出创新解决方案提升表现张力
