工作职责
准确完成游戏内文本及宣发物料的台繁翻译，确保文化适配性 对供应商的译稿进行语言润色，保持术语一致性，确保达到上线质量标准 执行LQA测试，修正语法错误与排版问题 协同开发团队调整文化表达，保留原作核心风格 配合本地化PM团队管理项目进度与资源分配
1、负责台湾市场分站点运营，搭建并迭代本地化策略体系，驱动流量承接与转化增长； 2、深度洞察台湾市场竞争格局与分层用户需求，制定差异化的市场-产品匹配增长策略； 3、主导策略落地推进，拉通供给覆盖、节假日促销、货架排序、信息展示等关键运营动作； 4、建立定期复盘机制，输出数据驱动的策略迭代方案，与产品/算法/供应链/营销形成高效协作闭环。
- 协助主编版权采购事宜； - 海外(台湾)运营部门项目翻译需求统整； - 海外(台湾)运营部门校对字幕、剪辑卡段及节目编辑； - 协助海外(台湾)运营部门各频道交办事宜； - 协助海外(台湾)运营部门各频道粉丝团社群贴文
Key Responsibilities: ● Responsible for the functional development and performance optimization of smart skin analyzer - related products, and complete high - quality coding work. ● Discuss requirements with product managers, deeply understand the user pain points behind the requirements, and be able to think from the user's perspective. ● Proactively follow up and resolve bugs in the product. ● Able to independently think about the technical structure and implementation of smart hardware - related products, provide reasonable solutions to problems, and effectively balance the final implementation methods.
- 負責頻道內容策劃與運營，包括節目編排、推薦位優化及內容上下架管理； - 監控頻道數據表現，定期產出運營報表，並基於數據分析提出內容優化建議； - 與產品團隊緊密合作，推動頻道功能迭代及用戶體驗提升； - 跨部門協作（如市場、技術團隊），確保內容策略有效執行； - 協助海外（台灣）運營部門進行字幕校對、影片剪輯及節目後製； - 統籌台灣運營頻道相關事務，包括但不限於內容審核、素材提供及專案支援； - 週末及節假日輪值，負責日常節目排播與緊急狀況處理。
