1.Fully responsible for achieving sales targets and P&L management of Xiaomi Stores; 2.Implement Xiaomi Store retail display standards and ensure consistent brand presentation across all stores; 3.Oversee the entire Product-Stock-Information (PSI) process, execute promotional activities, and optimize operations through data analysis; 4.Monitor inventory turnover rate and end-user sales conversion rate; 5.Conduct regular training sessions for store managers and staff, and establish a retail personnel competency development system.
- Store Operations: Collaborate with partner store managers to oversee all aspects of store operations and management. - Sales Management: Develop sales plans and strategies for the store, leading the partner team to achieve company-assigned sales targets. - Operational Coordination: Maintain effective communication and collaboration with platforms and headquarters to ensure the successful implementation of company strategies. - Merchandising & Display Management: Monitor product turnover, coordinate with partners for timely restocking, and ensure that product displays comply with company VM (Visual Merchandising) standards. - Customer Service: Supervise and manage store customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience. - Team Management: Work with partners to recruit and train store employees, ensuring adequate staffing, employee motivation, and high-quality service. - Partner Communication: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with partners to ensure the successful execution of company strategies.
• Manage the 3PLs OTP performance, freight spent, SOW compliance in accordance to Apple’s requirements. • Drive the 3PLs(s) towards operations excellence on areas such as, but not limited to, operations execution, losses and damage, and continuous improvement program. • Identify areas for process improvement and innovation; Investigate problems, find root causes, and develop solutions. • Partner with 3PLs during key events such as new product launches and promotions to ensure a flawless and successful execution. • Drive periodic review of 3PLs’ end-to-end platform to ensure support towards scalability and growth. • Prioritize and multi-task effectively to provide strategic and tactical support for projects, and support the cross functional teams in capital projects as the subject market expert. • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in supply chain management to recommend cutting-edge solutions. • Analyze current supply chain processes to identify gaps and opportunities. Propose strategies to optimize processes and reduce costs. • Collaborate with 3PLs for critical initiatives around speed, capacity management, volume fluctuations, cost savings, process/system.
- Manage the 3PLs SLA performance, warehouse spent, SOW compliance in accordance to Apple’s requirements. - Drive the 3PLs(s) towards operations excellence on areas such as, but not limited to, operations execution, losses and damage, continuous improvement program, inventory accuracy. - Manage and lead 3PLs’ organization and their resources to support any required operations activities such as timely execution, analytics and reporting, exceptions management, shipping accuracy issues, etc. - Partner with 3PLs during key events such as new product launches, new store opening to ensure a flawless and successful execution. - Drive periodic review of 3PLs’ end-to-end platform to ensure support towards scalability and growth. - Collaborate with 3PLs for critical initiatives around capacity management, volume fluctuations, cost savings, process/system. - Establish a robust vendor management structure to ensure 3PLs have appropriate team structures in place to support scalability and develop outstanding operations. - Assess and facilitate region-wide change management programs. - Support the cross functional teams in capital projects as the subject market expert. - Develop executable BCPs within the supply chain network.
- Partner with EHS Manager & regional EHS Leads to run large scale global EHS projects and future initiatives. - Lead EHS support for retail operations in Beijing, ensuring compliance with national and local regulations. - Develop and implement EHS policies and programs in alignment with Chinese laws and corporate standards. - Act as the primary liaison with local authorities during inspections, audits, and regulatory engagements. - ]Integrate with Retail Support Operations, Retail Supply, Store Strategies, Global Store Support, New Store Opening (NSO) & Re-model team to ensure early knowledge of potential EHS challenges and advise accordingly. - Provide insight and advice on meeting the requirements of H&S for existing and emerging Apple sites, including Retail stores. - Undertake regular site visits and provide mentorship & training to facilitate site-level compliance with applicable regulations - Ensure regular H&S assessments, inspections and safety check ins are completed and communicated to the appropriate teams. - Manage the process for reporting, investigating and communicating accidents, hazards and concerns. - Support sites with emergency response preparation, including emergency plans, training and drills. - Ability to manage the safety of large scale events - Act as point of contact for the coordination for EHS communications and issues to and from Global Retail Support. - Communicate optimally to all levels, from floor to corporate executives, the progress and trends towards achieving excellence in EHS compliance.
