- Store Operations: Collaborate with partner store managers to oversee all aspects of store operations and management. - Sales Management: Develop sales plans and strategies for the store, leading the partner team to achieve company-assigned sales targets. - Operational Coordination: Maintain effective communication and collaboration with platforms and headquarters to ensure the successful implementation of company strategies. - Merchandising & Display Management: Monitor product turnover, coordinate with partners for timely restocking, and ensure that product displays comply with company VM (Visual Merchandising) standards. - Customer Service: Supervise and manage store customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure a high-quality shopping experience. - Team Management: Work with partners to recruit and train store employees, ensuring adequate staffing, employee motivation, and high-quality service. - Partner Communication: Maintain strong communication and collaboration with partners to ensure the successful execution of company strategies.
- Develop and implement retail marketing strategies for the Czech region, align with Xiaomi's global strategy and local market needs, and be responsible for retail sales volume and brand penetration rate. - Oversee offline store (including authorized stores and experience stores) marketing activities, including new product launch execution, festival promotions, user experience optimization, etc. - Manage retail marketing materials (POSM), standardize store display standards, and maintain the consistency of brand visual image. - Analyze retail data and market competitor dynamics, provide optimization suggestions, iterate marketing plans; collaborate with sales and distributor teams to achieve business goals. - Build local retail marketing cooperation network and maintain relationships with core retail partners and operators.
1. Assist in cross-functional projects and handle daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, new launches and campaign execution, to support business growth in the market. 2. Support management of xiaomi stores (e.g. mi.com, official flagship stores and authorized stores on Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok shop), including goal setting, strategy development, price alignment, and investment management. 3. Aid in annual framework negotiations with platforms (Lazada/Shopee/TikTok), resource coordination, and budget planning. 4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key players in the local e-commerce ecosystem to increase market share and drive sales growth. 5. Conduct in-depth analysis of local market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to continuously optimize strategies and maximize sales.

1. Aftersales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement aftersales strategies that align with company objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Analyze aftersales market trends, benchmark and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in aftersales services. Set KPIs for the aftersales department and ensure targets are met. 2.Customer Service Management: Oversee customer service teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to washing machines, refrigerators, and air conditioning units. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and develop initiatives to improve customer loyalty. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure a satisfactory resolution. 3.Service Network Management: Manage relationships with authorized repair centers, ensuring they meet company standards for quality and efficiency. Coordinate with service providers to ensure the availability of spare parts and timely completion of repairs. Conduct regular audits of service centers to maintain high service standards. 4.Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on aftersales performance, including customer satisfaction metrics, service turnaround times, and cost efficiency. Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve aftersales operations. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
