1.Operational management of all European EV infrastructure 2.Ensuring product series integration in CN 3.Taking charge of all administrative tasks of a automotive project including legal, finance, tax, health and safety 4.Is in charge of one or multiple projects (product or methodology projects) 5.Manages the resources allocated to the project 6.Derives project specific goals and strategies to achieve those goals jointly with process partners 7.Represents all group relevant topics within the overall project team 8.Managing internal resources in alignment with the corresponding department leaders
· Lead the end-to-end development and deployment of AI-powered after-sales agent solutions for vehicle series L & i, ensuring coverage of after-sales scenarios across all user vehicles. · Identify, evaluate, and conduct on-site technical due diligence for AI Agent vendors in Silicon Valley, negotiate and finalize technology procurement contracts aligned with development requirements. · Oversee external vendors to ensure timely delivery of core Agent functionalities (e.g., multimodal interaction, self-evolving inference engines) · Drive North America-localized data training pipelines to enable cross-scenario migration capabilities for adaptive decision-making. · Attend key industry summits to identify emerging industrial AI technologies, document technical innovations, and deliver monthly cutting-edge technology briefings.
The Role As a Product Manager of IT Charging and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading the Energy & Charging product software , including the Customer Asset Tools , Cloud Control Platform, Network Operation platform and integration with cross functional product. In this role, you will lead the requirement analysis with business users , design the product roadmap or landscape , tracking the project delivery. Responsibilities • Design the new functionalities in applications to support Energy and Charging Product. •Promote the solution or functionality to Global business and import the global function locally. • Manage the implementation as project manager. • Manage the daily operation of application. • Manage cross-functional software programs from end-to-end. • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Work closely with engineering teams to effectively coordinate complex design inter-dependencies. • Constantly work to evolve our processes towards increasing precision and dependability, while still maintaining the agility that has gotten Tesla to where we are now. • Lead your teams with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty. • As business partner to manage IT requirements of Energy business.
