任职要求
1. Bachelor or Master degree in law is required 2. Qualified lawyer or in-house legal counsel with at least 3 years of working experience in Morocco 3. Fluent in English and French, both written and oral, is required; Fluency in Arabic will be considered an advantage 4. Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is considered an advantage 5. Strong business acumen is needed 6. A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration is needed
工作职责
1. Provide legal advice and handle legal matters relating to sales, marketing, after sales, logistics, product compliance, human resources, admin, etc. 2. Research and advise on laws and regulations which may impact on business of Xiaomi Africa 3. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts 4. Review marketing materials and marketing campaigns 5. Handle legal disputes and consumer claims 6. Assist with additional legal work as delegated by the Regional Legal Manager

Review marketing materials and marketing campaigns; 5. Handle legal disputes and consumer claims; 6. Assist with additional legal work as delegated by the Regional Legal Manager.
Support various legal affairs in Japan, including but not limited to the following tasks: 1. Review daily business contracts and draft Japanese contract templates; 2. Be responsible for legal consulting affairs in various sectors such as distribution, e-commerce, and after-sales service; 3. Conduct legal research activities in various fields; 4. Deal with unexpected risk events; 5. Conduct legal training; 6. Optimize and formulate various internal risk control/compliance regulations and work processes to prevent various legal and compliance risks.
Support various legal affairs in South Korea, including but not limited to the following tasks: 1. Review daily business contracts and draft contract templates; 2. Be responsible for legal consulting affairs in various sectors such as distribution, e-commerce, offline retail, and after-sales service; 3. Conduct legal research activities in various fields; 4. Deal with unexpected risk events; 5. Conduct legal training; 6. Optimize and formulate various internal risk control/compliance regulations and work processes to prevent various legal and compliance risks. 支持韩国的各类法律事务，包括但不限于以下工作： 1. 审核日常业务合同，草拟合同模板； 2. 负责分销、电商、线下零售、售后服务等各板块的法律咨询事务； 3. 进行各领域的法律调研活动； 4. 处置突发风险事件； 5. 开展法律培训； 6. 优化、制定各项风控合规规范及工作流程，防范各类法律和合规风险。
• Daily responsibilities will include commercial contract drafting and negotiation, provision of general legal and regulatory advice to internal stakeholders, and coordination and management of external counsels in a wide array of subject matters for Ant International’s overseas business. • Support the growth of the various merchant wallet/ virtual account products, solutions and services. • Keep up-to-date with relevant legal developments and advice management on potential road blocks or implications. • Support on other business lines as necessary.
