1.Responsible for the visual design of Xiaomi social media platform advertisement, the main visual design of daily promotional activities . 2.Have strong creativity and execution ability, and have high pursuit of visual quality. 3.Have the ability to collect and analyze competing cases, understand the industry design trend, have a certain understanding of Xiaomi's overseas visual style 4.Have strong communication and coordination skills
• Produce and support region-specific, print-ready production files, working directly with vendors through proofing and production to ensure accurate execution • Apply strong design judgment to layout systems, executing, customizing, and maintaining templates and standards to support scalable production • Implement localized layouts across SKUs, identifying layout or production risks and surfacing issues early • Create and maintain production and process-related graphic documentation, including specs, diagrams, and guidelines • Diagnose and support print production issues, including alignment, bleed, trim, color accuracy, and special printing processes

We are seeking for a【Brand Visual Designer】based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: 1. Participating in the design of logos and visual identity systems for the main and sub-brands, and being able to design the brand's complete application, ensuring consistency and continuous evolution of brand expression in products, services, marketing, etc. 2. Responsible for brand visual building: main KV, creative posters, etc., ensuring visual consistency and aesthetic standards, and being able to extend to creative marketing activities and Internet-based communication activities. 3. Having an understanding of offline design and material design, including the visual extension and design of online and offline brand positions and customer activities, conferences, events, etc., having a unique and attractive brand image, and increasing brand exposure and influence.
- Lead and inspire a team of visual designers and video producers to produce innovative and on-brand content that resonates with our target audience. Maintain a high creative standard while encouraging fresh, bold ideas; - Oversee the creative direction of photo and video shoots, and manage the creative process from concept to final execution, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered within budget; - Work with marketing teams to create engaging and dynamic content for different platforms. Drive the development of compelling video content, photography, and interactive experiences; - Ensure consistency in all creative outputs by adhering to the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and core values. Review creative materials to ensure they meet brand standards and effectively communicate the brand's personality; - Deep understanding of the product's unique value propositions and develop innovative creative concepts based on it;
