• Develop business strategies to increase the foot traffic, boost sales, and optimize profits • Ensure product availability by maintaining inventory levels • Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures (Stock Opname) • Lead, motivate, train, guide, and supervise the team effectively • Assign tasks to the store team, including scheduling work shifts • Maintain a well-kept store environment and ensure customer comfort • Oversee store administration and ensure work is in compliance with regulations and procedures • Analyze and report on purchasing trends and customer needs
1.Store Expansion: Manage and drive the execution of market analysis, site selection, store design, renovation, and Xiaomi store operations; 2.Store Operations: Participate in setting sales targets and store establishment strategies for assigned countries, collect operational and P&L data, conduct in-depth analysis of regional and national store performance, diagnose issues, and guide business improvement; 3. New Product Launches & Promotions: Drive sales growth for premium smartphones, tablets, and AIoT products through in-store launches and promotional campaigns; 4.Project Execution: Oversee and manage the implementation of corporate store operation initiatives at the frontline, taking ownership of related projects; 5.Global Mobility: This role is part of an overseas assignment pool. After training and supporting regional operations at HQ, the candidate will be assigned to an international location (specific country TBD).
1.Fully responsible for achieving sales targets and P&L management of Xiaomi Stores; 2.Implement Xiaomi Store retail display standards and ensure consistent brand presentation across all stores; 3.Oversee the entire Product-Stock-Information (PSI) process, execute promotional activities, and optimize operations through data analysis; 4.Monitor inventory turnover rate and end-user sales conversion rate; 5.Conduct regular training sessions for store managers and staff, and establish a retail personnel competency development system.
1. Cooperate closely with sales team and the local dealer to plan the retail marketing strategy. 2. Help to develop in-store merchandising solutions and communication strategies that drive customer purchase of the Xiaomi brand and its products. 3. Planning new product launch GTM plan and execute on offline. 4. Planning effective promotions for increase sell out. 5. Maintain and develop commercial cooperation with retail and operator stores.

You should be the person that the store team turns to for product learning and assistance. 3.Sales and service: Actively listen to customers' needs, recommend suitable products and services, and achieve the store's sales targets. Meanwhile, be capable of handling customer inquiries and providing technical support. 4.Teamwork: Collaborate closely with team members to jointly create a positive and upbeat working atmosphere and provide customers with a seamless service experience. 5.Assist in store management: Assist the store manager in managing the daily operations of the store, such as sales analysis, display arrangement, customer service, inventory management, and the formulation and implementation of activities. 6.Keep learning: Actively participate in the training organized by the company, and continuously acquire new product knowledge, sales techniques, and service concepts to stay ahead of the competition.
