1. 本科及以上学历,英语、泰语、中文听说读写能力较好,可作为工作语言。
2. 10年以上采购相关工作经验,拥有海外市场相关品类采购经验优先,尤其非常了解泰国本地市场;

1. 负责国际方向采购,包括但不限于市场、零售和行政品类,搭建并持续优化区域和品类采购流程和管理制度; 2. 负责为各品类业务建设优质供应商资源库,保障所有需求能够高效落地,持续进行效率、成本和质量的优化,支撑业务成功; 3. 负责制定泰国区域各品类采购策略,持续提升采购成熟度,提升框架覆盖率,管理从需求到付款的采购全过程,预防合规风险; 4. 负责泰国区域、各品类框架招采,推进框架下PO采购模式,和优质供应商建立长期良好合作关系,提升采购效率和服务质量; 5. 承担国际采购BP职责,深入业务,了解行业,管理好需求,做好资源计划,持续提升采购满意度。
- Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent pipeline development in line with business plans, ensuring quality hires and strong job–talent fit. - Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, including cross-functional collaboration, communication, and team dynamics, to foster a positive and efficient work environment. - Partner with global HR teams to coordinate and execute onboarding programs, business exchanges, and professional training initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and business understanding. - Provide insights on local compensation and benefits trends, recommend optimizations, and help maintain market competitiveness while balancing flexibility and cost efficiency. - Collaborate with global HR to implement and continuously improve local HR and administrative policies and processes, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives. - Act as a strategic partner to regional or country leadership, providing professional support and recommendations in workforce planning, performance management, employee development, and incentive programs to achieve business goals. - Oversee and manage administrative operations, including office management, vendor coordination, procurement support, travel arrangements, and general administrative services to ensure smooth daily operations.
THE ROLE: Join AMD’s team of highly skilled professionals in managing the quality performance of key customers in the production of our leading-edge Client product portfolio. Our presence in region gives this customer quality engineering team exposure to multiple AMD sales, platform, product development teams and manufacturing operation teams. The directive of this role is to provide a differentiated quality experience, improve customer satisfaction, and to build customer confidence with a focus on AMD customer satisfaction across the Product Introduction & volume ramp/sustaining phases. This is a high visibility role that acts as a key interface into our Client Customers’ Factory sites and field service sites in Vietnam and Thailand.
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process for requests, ensuring that the end user has the necessary resources to execute projects effectively. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining compliance with organizational procurement policies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's objectives. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to terms and conditions. Conduct regular performance reviews with suppliers to ensure optimal service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential data. Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance to senior management.
