1.At least 5 years of experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably with hands-on store operation experience and related category management expertise. 2.Strong capabilities in managing marketing, operations, products, and customer service in a holistic manner. 3.Proficiency in Indonesian e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, Tokopedia, and TikTok, with strong platform relationships and resource acquisition abilities. 4.Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; passionate, resilient, organized, and highly responsible.

1.Oversee the operation and management of official self-operated stores across various platforms, ensuring sales, profitability, employee efficiency, and new product projects are well-handled. 2.Assist in planning and implementing sales targets and product strategies. 3.Analyze platform dynamics, competitor performance, and store sales data to formulate effective solutions. 4.Communicate across departments to resolve operational challenges in self-operated stores, including customer service, system issues, and logistics. 5.Manage and coordinate the self-operated team, ensuring structured operational management and team empowerment. 6.Maintain daily communication with KAMs (Key Account Managers) from different platforms regarding platform activities, resources, and business matters.

Roles and Responsibilities Working closely with key stakeholders to align the business performance with the company objectives and identify areas of growth/improvement that can bring significant commercial contribution Create and execute initiatives to drive business growth/operation improvement which includes analysing of data, market trends & competitors research, drafting business requirements document, GTM plan, working with key stakeholders and other functions to implement the agreed initiative successfully Track and monitor the performance of every key initiatives, and drive insights and actions via data analytics & feedbacks gathering Constantly gathering feedbacks from customers, partners and sales/marketing team members on product enhancements, new features and capabilities, and strive to position WorldFirst solutions to be the best in class in Malaysia Bridging the product knowledge for sales/marketing team by conducting commercial trainings on new product features/launches, focusing on the positioning of value proposition, target audience and competitive analysis, working with internal teams to create product documentation, feature guides, and customer-facing materials aligned with product specifications to ensure successful roll-out Support ad-hoc key business initiatives/projects

Able to independently conduct or collaborate with teams such as BD and user research to deeply understand the pain points and needs of merchants in product usage, ensuring that the output content is easily understood by merchants and can address their questions.
1.Responsible for Keeta delivery dispatch scene optimization and operation,Including supply-demand matching, delivery area optimization, route planning, etc,optimize delivery efficiency and experience to promote order growth; 2.Able to actively use various analysis methods, combined with the understanding of the business, to propose creative business optimization solutions. Industry Innovation Insights: Continuously monitor digital marketing trends, explore emerging traffic channels and technological applications, and build differentiated competitive advantages. 6. Resource Management: Oversee budget planning and full-cycle KPI tracking, deliver periodic business performance reports to stakeholders, and dynamically refine strategies to achieve business objectives.
