1.Leads in running and managing the day-to-day retail field force execution to achieve retail compliance and sales target KPIs 2.Leads strategy and action planning that will drive sellout by proposing strategic and efficient use of retail investments to ensure strong sales and presence in the field 3.Leads in the recruitment and development of quality fieldf-orce by establishing daily work and learning processes, guidelines and monitoring and reporting in terms of store visits/attendance/customer facing efficiency 4.Ensure 100% compliance to Retail guidelines thru fieldforce and training and development 5.Supports in collecting market intelligence data that will impact the brand 6.Proactively develops and implements retail fieldforce motivation programs such as incentives and career path 7.Evaluates fieldforce personnel’s weekly, montlhy and quarterly based on KPIs 8.Puts all required approvals in the system to ensure field-force agency payment on time

In this role, you'll bridge cutting-edge AI capabilities with robust hardware design, driving products from concept through mass production. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams (mechanical, hardware, software, and AI) to define the product vision, ensure technical feasibility, and deliver market-ready solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Strategy & Definition - Lead end-to-end product planning for full-system robotics solutions. - Conduct market research and user needs analysis to define technical specifications, commercialization strategies, and core performance metrics (e.g., motion control precision, multimodal interaction speed). - Own the PRD and establish clear product goals aligned with business objectives. 2. Technology Integration - Translate AI capabilities (motion control, environmental perception, decision-making) into hardware-ready solutions. - Coordinate structural, hardware, and software teams to integrate systems such as sensor fusion, joint actuation, and embedded controls. 3. Lifecycle Ownership - Manage the product journey from concept and design to mass production and delivery. - Define product roadmaps, set and track milestones (TR reviews / DCP decisions), and resolve technical or resource bottlenecks across departments. 4. System Validation & Compliance - Develop and oversee system-level testing, including functional, extreme load, and EMC tests. - Lead performance bottleneck analysis, optimize reliability, and drive CE/FCC certification. 5. Ecosystem & Technology Foresight - Research emerging technologies such as heterogeneous computing platforms and advanced sensors. - Foster a robotics developer ecosystem and transition pre-research innovations into marketable products.
Context Is a driving force in solving complex technical issues (EL2-EL4) within its own competence and collaborates in teams to solve cross-modular technical issues. Works independently within own field of expertise. Gathers and analyzes related data, draws logical conclusions, prepares advice and other documentation; both during manufacturing as install. Provides expert training to support internal and external customers. Has advanced knowledge of tooling and can use them for in-depth analysis. Is a recognized escalation manager and mentors new hires.
