工作职责


1. Taking care of Indirect Procurement of Xiaomi Indonesia, includes but not limited to Marketing, Retail and Administration Category, continuously optimizing procurement procedure and policy;
2. Setting up qualified supplier pool for each category, making sure all demands are able to be executed on time & on target, continuously optimizing efficiency, cost and quality, ensuring the success of the business;
3. Making procurement strategy of each category for Indonesia Market, continuously raise the percentage of frame contract coverage, running the overall procedure From Demand To Pay, avoiding the compliance risk;
4. Taking care of frame contract bidding, promoting the practice of Frame Contract + PO, setting up long term relationship with excellence supplier, enhancing the procurement efficiency and service level; 
5. Take responsibility as an international business partner, deep-diving into stakeholder’s business and making good demand management, resource plan, continuously raising stakeholder’s satisfaction rate toward procurement.
