1. Product Listing & Maintenance: Execute the upload of new products, update product information (descriptions, images, pricing), and ensure all content is accurate and optimized for search. 2. Sales & Data Monitoring: Assist in tracking daily sales performance, website traffic, and other key metrics. Prepare regular basic performance reports for management review. 3. Market & Competitive Research: Conduct preliminary research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to provide actionable insights to the team. 4. Operational Execution: Support the day-to-day running of the e-commerce store, including setting up promotional campaigns, managing discount codes, and coordinating with customer service on order-related inquiries. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure the smooth execution of product launches, marketing activities, and fulfillment processes.

We are looking for a Risk Policy and Operation Solution Manager to support Ant International business growth, ensure the safety of merchant funding account, manage multiple type of risk such as identity fraud, scam, abuse and account take-over, as well as user-experience balance. This role will act as the expert of risk solution, deliver risk assessment and solution to mitigate risk by leveraging Ant Risk capabilities. Job Descriptions: 1. In depth understanding of merchant funding account and cross-board ecommerce market, conduct risk assessment, identify potential risk and design solution to the business team, leveraging Ant risk capabilities to facilitate business goal achievement. 2. Responsible for the solution-based project management, engage internal stakeholders across function such as product and technical teams to ensure risk solution are delivered timely and track the effect of risk solution continuously. 3. Identify new fraud and cybercrime threats by reviewing and investigating suspected/fraud cases, continuous refinement of internal risk control framework, policies, fraud management engine and operation procedures to mitigate risk. 4. Optimizing risk performance and user experience by solution or operation process upgrade continuously.
