This role will be responsible for driving complex marketing initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring brand consistency, cross-functional alignment, and high-quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage brand marketing projects within the consumer electronics industry, including product launches, integrated campaigns, and key local initiatives Translate brand and business objectives into clear project scopes, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand, PR, Social Media, E-commerce, Retail, Legal, and other internal stakeholders Manage external agencies (PR / Social / Creative / Media), ensuring clear communication, execution quality, and on-time delivery Proactively identify project risks related to timing, resources, or messaging consistency and push for effective solutions Conduct project reviews and post-campaign evaluations to continuously improve processes and execution standards

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Performance Marketing Project Management Specialist to join our User Growth Middle Platform Team. This role will focus on initiating and managing user growth projects, working collaboratively across various teams, and driving insights from multiple marketing channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of user growth strategies and be capable of overseeing projects from inception to completion. Key ● Initiate New User Growth Projects: Use insights from various production lines and marketing channels to identify and initiate innovative user growth projects. ● End-to-End Project Ownership: Take full ownership of projects, coordinating and consolidating information from multiple stakeholders to ensure successful execution. ● Collaborative engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and data analytics, to align strategies and optimize user acquisition efforts. ● User Growth Knowledge: Apply a strong background in user growth strategies to inform project decisions and drive performance improvements. ● Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data to extract actionable insights, refine growth strategies, and report on project outcomes.
This role will drive end-to-end project management of strategic content and commerce initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to bring new consumer experiences to life. You will lead the development, coordination, and execution of high-impact projects—from 0 to 1—ensuring flawless delivery across timelines, teams, and business goals. With a strong understanding of branding, creative development, and digital content, you will help bridge creative vision and operational execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to execution, owning timelines, workstreams, and partner alignment. - Manage the project lifecycle for integrated marketing, content, and commerce campaigns, ensuring high-quality execution across teams. - Work with partners to translate creative ideas into executable, scalable plans - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment across all project stages and partners - Provide project status updates and leadership reporting across cross functional teams.
1. License Application: Manage the entire licensing process, including documentation, timelines, and stakeholder coordination; Interpret and comply with regulations; Collaborate with internal/external teams to meet regulatory requirements; 2. Go-to-Market Strategy Development & Execution: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive threats; Design GTM strategy: product positioning, pricing, distribution channels, and partnerships with banks/payment providers; Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to launch campaigns and drive adoption; 3. Leadership & Collaboration: Lead cross-functional teams (Legal, Product, Marketing, etc.); Build relationships with regulators, industry groups, and partners; Represent the company at conferences and project discussions.
