工作职责
Responsibilities: 1. Assist the China headquarters in formulating the design strategy for Xiaomi's auto delivery center stores in Germany. Deeply integrate Xiaomi's brand visual system with the aesthetic preferences of local German users, and output design planning schemes and standardized specifications that meet EU compliance requirements, providing directional guidance and implementation basis for store design. 2. Lead the overall management of the full design process, covering key links such as conceptual design, scheme review, detailed design, construction drawing review, and coordinating with government and owner parties for the approval of scheme drawings. Ensure that the design scheme is both implementable and consistent with the brand, while strictly complying with German architectural design regulations and environmental protection standards. 3. Establish and improve the Sino-German design collaboration mechanism, coordinate the Chinese brand team, local German design contractors, general contractors and material suppliers, and promote efficient cross-team collaborative communication. Proactively participate in and solve connection problems between design and construction links to ensure the smooth progress of projects. 4. Be responsible for design cost control and supplier management: Participate in selecting suitable local German design resources and material suppliers, balance cost, presentation effect and delivery cycle by optimizing design schemes; Establish and implement a design quality control system to ensure that design results meet standards. 5. Serve as the core interface for Sino-German communication on the design side, efficiently promote the in-depth integration of Chinese brand requirements (such as brand visual specifications and user experience standards) with local German compliance requirements (such as fire protection, energy conservation, and barrier-free design), and proactively avoid design compliance risks to ensure the compliant implementation of projects. 6. Assist in establishing the design management system for the German region, and precipitate reusable design standards and localized collaboration processes. While promoting the standardization of the design style of Xiaomi's auto delivery centers, take into account regional differentiated needs to achieve a balance between standardization and differentiation.

1.Store Expansion: Manage and drive the execution of market analysis, site selection, store design, renovation, and Xiaomi store operations; 2.Store Operations: Participate in setting sales targets and store establishment strategies for assigned countries, collect operational and P&L data, conduct in-depth analysis of regional and national store performance, diagnose issues, and guide business improvement; 3. New Product Launches & Promotions: Drive sales growth for premium smartphones, tablets, and AIoT products through in-store launches and promotional campaigns; 4.Project Execution: Oversee and manage the implementation of corporate store operation initiatives at the frontline, taking ownership of related projects; 5.Global Mobility: This role is part of an overseas assignment pool. After training and supporting regional operations at HQ, the candidate will be assigned to an international location (specific country TBD).
