工作职责
职位描述 1. 负责业务系统（如ERP、OA等系统）二次开发需求的技术方案制定、评审及实现； 2. 负责业务系统之间的对接工作，例如ERP、OA、WMS、SRM、POS等系统之间的集成开发工作和维护升级工作； 3. 负责维护和升级现有技术体系，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷，负责底层基础架构的长期规划与落地； 4. 负责保证业务系统的质量，包括可维护性、可扩展性与可读性等； 5. 参与技术规范、测试规范的制定，建立开发质量控制方法； 6. 编写技术方案文档，进行技术知识沉淀与分享 岗位亮点和吸引点 1.深度接触各个部门的业务流程，了解各种内部业务系统； 2.深度接触/参与优化/亲自负责横跨研发业务和前台业务的全链路效率产品； 3.深度接触IT系统和商业智能分析，学习企业内部流程管理，参与企业数字化和信息化建设
