Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced and visionary Digital Marketing Director to lead our global digital strategy. In this pivotal role, you will drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across global markets by leading a high-performing digital team, managing cross-channel campaigns, and innovating with cutting-edge tools. You'll oversee SEO, social, email marketing, and digital advertising across awareness and consideration stages, ensuring cohesive and impactful consumer experiences across touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: 1. Digital Advertising & Paid Media - Oversee digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) focused on brand awareness and customer consideration. - Optimize media mix, targeting, and creative strategy based on data insights. - Collaborate with influencers, content partners, creative and performance teams for campaign development, CPM, CPA and ROI improvement. 2. SEO & Website Optimization - Lead global SEO strategy, technical SEO audits, and content development. - Monitor website performance and improve user experience and conversion rates. 3. Social Media Strategy - Develop platform-specific strategies across global markets. - Oversee organic content planning and paid social media campaigns. - Monitor digital trends and leverage emerging platforms for brand relevance. 4. Email & CRM Marketing - Drive email marketing strategies for lifecycle marketing, promotions, and re-engagement. - Oversee A/B testing, automation, and CRM integration to boost effectiveness. 5. Analytics & Budget Management - Track and analyze KPIs across all digital channels. - Manage budgets efficiently and identify areas of opportunity and improvement. - Stay ahead of digital trends and adopt new tools to elevate performance. 6. Team Leadership & Strategy - Lead, mentor, and grow a global digital marketing team. - Define digital growth strategies in alignment with brand and business goals. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand, product, and regional marketing.
Job Summary We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Director to lead global product marketing and integrated communications across our portfolio of consumer electronics. In this pivotal role, you will drive go-to-market success, develop compelling product narratives, and lead integrated marketing initiatives across key vertical markets. You’ll also oversee analytics, budget management, and campaign effectiveness in alignment with our IPMS and IPD frameworks. Key Responsibilities • Partner closely with Product and Marketing Centers to shape product positioning, develop GTM strategies, and deliver world-class launch assets for new products • Drive ongoing optimization and lifecycle marketing strategies for pillar product lines based on market insights and user feedback • Identify and evaluate emerging vertical markets, define product-market fit, and tailor messaging and value propositions to target audiences • Lead end-to-end launch execution — from pre-launch research to post-launch performance review — ensuring strong alignment across functions • Develop and lead integrated marketing and communications strategies that connect product messaging across paid, owned, and earned channels globally • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute campaigns spanning digital, social, PR, partnerships, and offline activations • Analyze market dynamics, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to inform strategic decisions and product messaging • Track and analyze KPIs across digital and marketing channels to evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI • Manage marketing budgets efficiently, identifying areas of opportunity and optimization • Stay ahead of industry trends and marketing technologies; adopt new tools and approaches to enhance performance
• Serve as a thought leader for Microsoft Advertising in China; represent the brand at industry events and with C-level customers and partners. • Define the long-range China marketing vision aligned to global priorities; advocate for China requirements across the organization. • Own the end-to-end integrated marketing plan for China: audience strategy, narratives, channel mix, and annual/quarterly plans. • Bring global strategies and content to the China market in a locally relevant way including localization and translation. • Partner with Sales and business planning to target the key opportunities and growth areas with focus and efficiency. • Collaborate with product, comms, PR, and field teams to land new narratives, solutions, and hero products in market. • Manage the China marketing budget, quarterly planning, and vendor/contract management; drive operational excellence and scalability.
• Lead the Marcom Greater China Team and foster a culture of insightful and innovative thinking within the team, empowering them to make data-driven decisions based on identified key insights about business partners across different markets • Lead the planning and execution of Apple's channel communications and experiences (product launches, refreshes, campaign extensions), ensuring timely delivery, flawless execution, and continuous improvement through insights and learnings. • Work across the global organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. • Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges. • Develop and maintain strong communication channels between internal teams (worldwide channel functions and sales) and Global (Geo) Partner Communications teams to ensure alignment on partner strategies and communication plans, encompassing advertising, digital channels, and partner-owned marketing channels (in-store and online).
