1、市场洞察与数据分析:持续跟踪市场动态、行业趋势、竞争对手情况,收集并分析市场数据和消费者反馈,为产品决策和市场推广提供依据,及时挖掘市场机会和潜在风险。 2、新品上市项目管理:参与产品上市与促销项目,拉通4P管理,制定项目整体计划,把控整体节奏,保障产品成功上市并拉通业务域项目管理: 3、产品生命周期操盘:参与产品全渠道操盘,对所负责产品线生命周期商业目标及运营指标负责。
1. 协助制定和执行公司视频会议新产品或新功能发布的市场GTM策略和各类营销活动; 2. 根据产品研发和垂直人群推广的需要,开展各种形式的调研项目,包括竞品调研、用户调研等; 3. 推动和跟进产品相关设计物料制作,通过与内部团队密切合作,制作能够准确传达产品优势的设计物料; 4. 协助开展产品外测,根据外测结果与相关团队沟通,为产品优化提供意见。

1.对负责类目销售额增长与P&L负责; 2.商品分层运营:打造爆款商品,根据用户洞察,完成商品定义,采买,上架,GTM到用户满意度全链路管理; 3.商品生命周期管理:制定合理的商品生命周期管理策略,及时完成商品迭代与汰换,保持商品竞争力; 4.商品进销存管理:合理制定商品销售计划,合理预测商品销量,配合供应商与买手团队提升类目商品周转效率; 5.活动运营与规划:配合营销进行活动圈品和运营。
