職務内容 / Job Description We are seeking a highly strategic and culturally fluent Senior Social Media Manager to lead our brand’s social presence in Japan. This role goes beyond daily posting — it requires a deep understanding of the Japanese digital landscape, consumer behavior, and platform trends to drive brand love, community engagement, and business impact through social media. 主な業務内容 / Key Responsibilities - Build and execute Japan-specific social media strategies (Instagram, X, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LINE, etc.) aligned with brand positioning, local trends, and business goals. - Create content calendars and campaigns tailored to Japanese audiences, focusing on storytelling, seasonal relevance, and engagement. - Collaborate with local influencers, KOLs, and fan communities to amplify brand voice and generate authentic user engagement. - Localize global content and campaigns while ensuring cultural fit and platform relevance. - Monitor channel analytics and user feedback to continuously optimize content direction and community growth. - Stay on top of platform algorithm updates and local content trends (e.g. hashtags, meme culture) and propose proactive strategies. - Partner with cross-functional teams including KOL team and Event Team, and creative to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign integration. - Develop playbooks and creative best practices for content production, creator collaboration, and social innovation in Japan. - Provide leadership and training to junior social staff, agencies, or freelancers (if applicable).
