工作职责
In this role, you will be responsible for the complete design and development of photonic integrated circuits, based on established optical PDKs from our foundry partners. You will also interact with device, hardware, and software design teams to assist in the overall development of photonic systems, specifying, selecting, and qualifying the various components necessary. ● Design, layout and test high-performance photonics devices suitable for high-volume manufacturing ● Contribute and own large-scale photonic layouts for high-volume products ● Actively collaborate across disciplines, with analog, digital, and physical design teams to tape-out products and characterization devices. ● Work with the photonics test team in defining requirements for device characterization, debug and validation ● Works on broader organizational projects that require a thorough understanding of photonics ● Analyze characterization data to ensure the device/system meets the specifications ● Mentor junior design engineers
1. 负责阿里云数据中心光模块/AOC/DAC/光纤等产品全生命周期质量和风险管理,软硬件可靠性保证,系统兼容性风险拦截。 2. 负责阿里云数据中心光电互联链路质量管控标准体系的建立和更新,如测试标准,运营准入标准,使用规范等。 3. 负责阿里云数据中心光电互联疑难故障的定位和风险闭环跟踪。 4. 负责阿里云数据中心互联链路稳定性提升和运维效率提升。 5. 负责阿里云数据中心光模块引入上线相关的系统集成测试、功能性验证测试、灰度验证等。
1. 负责SOC系统方案,系统场景验证,CPU核/DDR/PCIe等子系统的System level级验证; 2. 负责验证策略,验证方案及验证feature list的制定; 3. 负责子系统及/系统级前仿、后仿验证交付; 4. 支持Emu&FPGA系统case调试,硅后调试。
- 负责公司数字人直播服务商客户的招商/运营,结合电商整体战略方向,制定服务商的运营打法策略 - 负责慧播星端外服务商招商育商工作 - 对数字人服务商的开播数量/数字人整体质量/以及GMV目标负责 - 负责制定及监管数字人服务商的政策标准及执行落地
1、端到端负责字节跳动自研芯片的硅后EVB板级验证和芯片产品化量产导入支撑工作,对芯片的硅后验证质量负责; 2、负责片上互联与高速接口(包括不限于PCIe/UCIe/BoW/UALink/CXL/RDMA/NVLink/UEC等)、模拟/数模混合(Serdes/PHY)等模块的硅后板级验证工作,包括不限于Electrical Validation(EV)、Signal Integrity Validation(SIV)、BER Validation、RAS策略验证、协议一致性验证、系统裕量与稳定性验证等; 3、与相关团队和合作伙伴高效协作,完成验证策略/方案/计划制定、用例设计、验证执行、问题定位与攻关、结果分析和评估报告等。
