工作职责
In this role, you will be responsible for the complete design and development of photonic integrated circuits, based on established optical PDKs from our foundry partners. You will also interact with device, hardware, and software design teams to assist in the overall development of photonic systems, specifying, selecting, and qualifying the various components necessary. ● Design, layout and test high-performance photonics devices suitable for high-volume manufacturing ● Contribute and own large-scale photonic layouts for high-volume products ● Actively collaborate across disciplines, with analog, digital, and physical design teams to tape-out products and characterization devices. ● Work with the photonics test team in defining requirements for device characterization, debug and validation ● Works on broader organizational projects that require a thorough understanding of photonics ● Analyze characterization data to ensure the device/system meets the specifications ● Mentor junior design engineers
1.参与公司层面统一的数模混合验证方法学、Signoff标准，数模混仿自动化Flow，数模混仿数据平台化，数模混仿可复用VIP/ABVIP/Agent/Checker等建设、推广及落地； 2.参与PHY项目数模混合验证并保障按时高质量交付； 3. 推广和输出数模混合验证能力，沉淀数模混合验证实践经验和操作指南，持续优化数模混合验证投入产出比，持续提升公司层面整体数模混合验证能力。
1. 研究目前硅光模块中硅光芯片，封装，硬件和高速技术,以及与网卡和交换机接口技术； 2. 结合网卡和交换机设计开发满足需要实际硅光模块需要的硬件设计； 3. 负责硅光芯片和相应封装和整体硬件的评估, 满足光模块研发整体需求； 4. 负责对硅光芯片和相应封装及整体光模块的具体测试等生产流程给出建议和要求； 5. 负责硅光芯片，封装和整体光模块进行失效分析并给出意见。
1.系统级互联架构设计： -主导DRAM与计算单元（CPU/GPU/AI加速器）的协同设计，开发超高速互联方案。 -构建从芯片封装（CoWoS/InFO）到PCB/连接器的全链路互联模型，实现系统级带宽密度提升3倍以上。 2.先进封装与互连技术： -探索硅光互连（OpticalI/O）在DRAM系统中的应用。 -主导3D异构集成（Chiplet）的互连标准落地。 3.多物理场协同仿真： -开发电磁-热-力耦合仿真平台，优化高速连接器。 -利用机器学习预测信号串扰与时序偏差，实现互联设计左移（Shift-Left）验证，缩短设计周期。
1. 负责阿里云数据中心光模块/AOC/DAC/光纤等产品全生命周期质量和风险管理，软硬件可靠性保证，系统兼容性风险拦截。 2. 负责阿里云数据中心光电互联链路质量管控标准体系的建立和更新，如测试标准，运营准入标准，使用规范等。 3. 负责阿里云数据中心光电互联疑难故障的定位和风险闭环跟踪。 4. 负责阿里云数据中心互联链路稳定性提升和运维效率提升。 5. 负责阿里云数据中心光模块引入上线相关的系统集成测试、功能性验证测试、灰度验证等。
