任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Law, or a related field; at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or risk governance on internet platforms;
2. Proficient in SQL or other analytical tools; strong data sensitivity with the ability to efficiently extract, analyze, and interpret data, develop actionable solutions, and drive implementation;
3. Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language for cross-border communication; culturally aware and adaptable; overseas study or international work experience is preferred;
4. Strong project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and solid understanding of business context and objectives.
