Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee the logistics and customs clearance processes of platform products from China to Brazil, ensuring compliance with Brazilian laws and regulations. 2. Coordinate relationships with Brazilian customs, logistics providers, and government agencies to enhance clearance quality and efficiency. 3. Track changes in customs policies and regulations in the Brazilian market to ensure compliance and forward-thinking business operations. 4. Address issues in cross-border e-commerce clearance operations such as inspections, timeliness, customer complaints, and key processes. 5. Develop and execute strategies to optimize tariffs and logistics costs, improving AliExpress's competitiveness in the Brazilian market. 6. Local to Local E-commerce Logistics Operations - Polish Market: Establish operation process and management mechanism from scratch for the local to local business to support the growth strategy from the ecommerce side. 2. Coordination & Accountability: Oversee the management of local service providers and facilitate internal collaboration, taking responsibility for cost efficiency, transit times, and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in addressing operational issues and fostering seamless communication between internal and external clients. 3. End-to-End Logistics Optimization: Immerse yourself in every facet of the logistics chain (from merchant to final consumers), exerting meticulous control over each stage. Act as the representative in driving continuous improvement and refinement of processes and systems. 4.
