• Create and improve gameplay systems/content for Clash Royale • Polish and upgrade core combat design of Clash Royale • Collaborate with other disciplines and teams to produce a cohesive game experience • Support the development of the game with any additional skills
• Overseeing market research to understand the player journey, industry trends, competitive landscape, and target customer segments. Partner closely with Insights and Analytics to conduct in-depth customer analysis to inform product development. • Understand target audiences deeply to ensure messaging resonates with different customer segments. • Coordinate go-to-market plans for evergreen marketing campaigns for new features, content, or updates designed to engage our global audience. Collaborate with Regional teams to amplify these tentpoles with local flavor and cultural relevance. • Design global marketing Goals and KPIs for all evergreen campaigns in close alignment with other marketing stakeholders from Growth Performance Marketing, Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, Esports, and Community. • Work closely with the game team to relay market demands and potential improvements. Drive and facilitate cross-functional collaboration and build trustworthy connections across Game Development, Game Operations, and other Marketing disciplines. • Develop a deep understanding of the game and business, incl. existing features, product roadmap, and live operations. Coordinate global marketing efforts and drive alignment with the product and business goals. • Strategize and operationalize player communication inside and outside the game, including (but not limited to) pop-ups, push notifications, a platform featuring, and store optimization (ASO). • Identify and develop growth levers through marketing via rigorous AB testing, scaling up initiatives that drive meaningful business growth.
• Develop and maintain technologies that enable the team to create your dream game, including stunning visuals and smooth multiplayer experience • Take care of the runtime performance of the game to support the widest possible audience • Work with the engine and other central tech teams to plan current and future needs for the game team, along with other game tech programmers • Integrate improvements and other changes from central tech to minimize game team disruption • Share learnings and technology with central tech so that other game teams can benefit from them as well • Be an omniscient code wizard when it comes to your game, and the tech it’s built upon
• Work closely with with Game, Tech, Finance and Business teams to ensure efficient cloud usage and cost transparency • Monitor and analyse cloud costs across multiple providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Tencent Cloud) • Build dashboards, alerts and tools to help understand and optimize cloud usage for technical and non-technical audiences • Identify and implement cloud cost optimization strategies, such as utilising commitment-based discounts, rightsizing and removing idle resources • Participate in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and collaboration to ensure we’re getting the best value from our cloud providers • Enhance our cost allocation methods to provide the company and teams a clear view of cloud expenses • Provide financial forecasting for cloud usage for company and team-level forecasts • Check and approve invoices, ensuring correct billed amounts and cost allocation
• Key stakeholder in the game leadership team, working directly with the Game Lead and collaborating closely with your peers across other functions • Support the Game Lead on strategic activities including business strategy, planning, and go to market strategy for soft launch, global launch and post launch live operations • Develop and own the live ops and monetization strategy for the game, taking into account audience expectations and the required milestones and target metrics • Own the roadmap of features and tools needed to grow, innovate and improve live ops of the game, and coordinate their development with relevant stakeholders. Define clear and measurable goals for each initiative driven and understand how it will lead to achieving your business goals. • Bring to the team an understanding of best-in-class F2P live ops activities, feature design and monetization mechanics • Ensure your team's decision making is based on a foundation of solid data and player insights, collaborating closely with key stakeholders across Game Analytics and Research, and continuously assess whether you are prioritizing the highest impact opportunities to improve the player experience and reach your business goals. • Work closely with key cross functional stakeholders across Game Analytics, Research, Live Operations & Monetization, and Marketing, ensuring close alignment with each stakeholder and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth
• Own team-specific data pipelines and products end-to-end. • Plan, execute, and maintain data engineering roadmaps, aligning with wider company initiatives. • Define what data is collected to serve our evolving business needs. • Develop pipelines to deliver new datasets, uncover insights, and improve decision-making. • Continuously improve the scalability, reliability, and performance of our data systems. • Support data analysts and other stakeholders with timely, accurate data. • Participate in on-call rotations to maintain pipeline stability.
• Act as the craft owner for LLM engineering at Supercell — setting direction, sharing best practices, and raising the bar for what “great” looks like in LLM-powered systems. • Drive adoption of a wide range of LLM and agentic applications (e.g. in-game bots, player support, social insights, internal productivity tools). • Champion AI development tools as a particularly high-leverage use case — helping our teams accelerate workflows, code smarter, and build better systems faster. • Partner closely with game and functional teams to evangelize LLM capabilities and turn vague opportunities into concrete solutions. • Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly communicating the strengths, limitations, and business value of different approaches. • Monitor emerging developments in the LLM and agents space; assess technologies for safety, reliability, and performance; and build our internal “stack” of recommended approaches. • Lead the design and implementation of robust evaluation, monitoring, and safety frameworks for production LLM-powered systems. • Rapidly prototype and deliver production-grade systems — but also coach, mentor, and enable other engineers to build confidently themselves.
• Lead and oversee the production of high-quality, stylized 3D character models for Brawl Stars. • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to external artists to maintain and elevate the quality of the 3D models. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the models are feasible. • Manage 3D workflows to meet production timelines and milestones, be it with internal or external stakeholders. • Develop and maintain relationships with external artists and studios, ensuring a productive and positive working environment.
