1.负责PUBG Mobile在海外区域市场的用户增长,广告投放及创意内容制作的相关工作; 2.具备大DAU游戏或海外头部游戏的渠道推广经验,作为模块负责人进行用户增长策略制定和投放落地,对用户增长目标和推广效率负责; 3.具备素材内容及创意工作经验,通过创意制作和内容营销提升增长效率,拓展增长路径,进行营销资源整合及推广后效果提升; 4.业务数据分析及创新探索,基于数据导向,配合算法及内容优化,结合海外广告渠道特性,推动业务目标突破。 Work Location: China-Shenzhen
1. Provide administrative support to the VP of Marketing and Business Development, including contract submission and tracking, partner payment coordination, product shipping/receiving, and quarterly reporting. 2. Maintain and update the company CRM with influencer deliverables, performance metrics, and campaign data. 3. Research, identify, and cultivate relationships with new influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors across tech, filmmaking, creative, and mainstream categories. 4. Manage existing influencer partnerships to ensure timely content delivery, quality, and alignment with brand standards. 5. Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay informed of emerging digital and social media strategies. 6. Collaborate with global teams to support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and regional/global marketing initiatives. 7. Represent Insta360 at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. 8. Manage and track office inventory, including marketing and product supplies. 9. Plan and coordinate team-building activities and outings. 10. Manage inter-office communication with HQ teams (admin, finance, legal). 11. Assist in onboarding new team members, providing training on internal systems and resources. 12.Work closely with legal and finance to refine templates, optimize internal workflows, and improve operational processes.
1. Research, plan and execute all North American year-round events. This includes expos/trade shows, sponsored sports, photography and other key vertical events, workshops and other online/offline educational opportunities. 2. Recruit, plan, and manage staffing support, including scheduling and coordination, to ensure smooth event execution. 3. Handle travel logistics for event staff, booking and managing arrangements to align with budget and timing needs. 4. Contribute to the creative design and layout of event booths, ensuring an engaging and visually appealing presence that aligns with brand objectives. 5. Manage and continue to build out Insta360’s network of nationwide event ambassadors 6. Work closely with VP of Marketing in Los Angeles and Events lead at Insta360 headquarters to confirm event goals, KPIs, and specific implementation plans each quarter. 7. Coordinate event responsibilities and roles with various internal teams (marketing, PR, sales, logistics and social media team). 8. Collaborate cross-functionally with influencer, partnerships, email, and social media teams to maximize event visibility and engagement 9. Maintain a calendar of events and implement a system that enables and anticipates long-term planning and effective event management. 10. Work with brand and enterprise partners on joint educational events for new and existing users. 11. Collaborate with influencer marketing team to host offline events for influencers around new product releases. 12. Provide post-event analysis, budget recaps and participant feedback as well as incorporate learning into future plans. 13. As we are a small team, this role will likely be required to support other department projects at times, including but not limited to – PR initiatives, product launches, influencer marketing, office management, video production and enterprise projects.
Introduction We are looking for a Vertical Sales manager for General Machinery business in DI Sales headquarter, Focus Market Technologies department in Motion Control Domain, responsible for Siemens MC products’ portfolio and related business in the global market. Working location is Nanjing/Shanghai. The Vertical Sales Manager of General Machinery is responsible to maximize market share and new application development for those Industry with focus on global market such as China, ASEAN, India, and target countries. The main responsibility is to support the sales organization of the assigned organizational unit in developing business strategies, market transparency, structures and processes, focusing options to exploit best market opportunities in target Verticals. The Vertical Sales Manager derives and develops general machinery by cooperating with DI Sales Vertical functions and relevant Zone/regional functions to manage short, mid and long-term plan and business successes in defined focus regions according to strategic and operative targets. What are my responsibilities? Goals/Mission: -Discover and promote MC business growth for General Machinery industries in global market. -To be the HQ segment coordinator in target applications for assigned regions. Working Partners/Contacts: -Internal: DI Sales Vertical solution, Vertical Expertise in Zones, FMT department in each BU Sales Domain, Marketing, Product management in Germany and China, target sales regions, cross-function BUs Domain, regional vertical sales, GWE, SNC… -External: Key accounts, OEM customers, end users, distributors, EPC, system integrators… Tasks: -Explore the business potential and seize the growth opportunities for general machinery to enlarge the market share with MC portfolios, enhance satisfaction of Top Customers and Partners in target Zones/Regions. -Create market & customer transparency and perform in depth competitor analysis. -Deploy push & pull strategy to generate turn over in respective channels such as OEM and SI, or direct business where applicable. -Drive pre-sales relationships, gather client requirements, generate opportunities, discuss and deliver value propositions for pull creation. -Collaboration with regional business/sales unit to systematically capture product & system opportunities in Siemens CRM tool. -Provide support with the best possible approach for the target applications to penetrate the local market and enhance specific expert knowledge about latest technologies and trends in defined countries. -Resource support for current vertical business to defined regions and customers. -Close cooperation with Vertical Sales Account Managers, CAMs, RAMs, End customers and OEMs -Representative in vertical related seminar/summit/fair/forum to promote DI AUT solution.
