1.负责画面渲染品质提升，协同程序和美术进行效果落地，能够实现具体效果方案或者能针对相应方案提出改进建议，并能基于相应方案制作出优秀标杆效果给于美术参考； 2.负责场景、角色皮肤，头发材质等表现效果相关特性、标准和制作流程的规范化制定和改进。

1.设计并制作游戏中的角色，生物相关的材质渲染效果并配合引擎程序完成相关渲染角色光照方案的制定； 2.制定角色相关资产性能指标。跟进美术角色资源的日常制作，确保资源符合引擎规格和项目规范。

For our Project team, we are looking for a Project Engineer to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. You’ll make an impact by • Generally, be responsible for export technical parts during proposal and execution phase. • Acquiring agreement with cooperative department on schedules and resource plans for bid preparation. • Coordinating the activities of those involved in bid preparation. • Determining bid cost and creating the bid calculation with support of SYS-BA and sales. • Preparing and completing of proposals as well as optimized solutions for customers with SYS-BA. • Preparing and conducting technical clarification with customers (single line diagram, requirements of secondary part, etc.) in case of order. • Internal project controlling (schedules, cost including primary and secondary, quality, etc. • Clarifying all detailed requirements with Order Engineer to assure a correct production. • Order placement management (strictly consideration of the purchasing/supplier’s strategy) to Order Engineer. • Preparing and regularly updating project planning (cost calculation, project schedule). • Coordinating Customer Service engineer after delivery on site. • Change management and risk management during project implementation. • Completing projects close out.
