工作职责
1. Conduct research on the family travel market, user needs, and industry trends in partnership with headquarters and regional teams to identify and capture new growth opportunities. 2. Develop and execute product design and activity planning for the family channel, formulating user operation strategies that align with business objectives and maximize family user value to drive growth. 3. Design end-to-end strategies from both customer and supply perspectives, including family user profiling, operation mechanisms, and benefits tailored for family-oriented offerings. 4. Produce BRD to clarify key opportunities, solutions, processes, and ROI. Establish measurement frameworks and lead mechanism testing and learning for the family channel to empower sustainable growth. 5. Coordinate cross-functional resources and foster collaboration across departments to ensure efficient implementation of product initiatives and timely project delivery. 6. Apply data analysis and user research to generate actionable insights, supporting continuous product improvement and effective knowledge sharing within the team.

Content Management: Lead the content planning and management for Japan Market, ensuring content quality and attractiveness.Keyword Research: Conduct market research and analysis, identify and analyze keywords, optimize website content, and improve search engine rankings.SEO Project Planning and Execution: Develop reasonable measurement indicators based on data analysis and actual business situations. Combine user data and activity data to uncover more innovative marketing scenarios and methods driven by data, thereby achieving sustainable business growth. 4. Efficiently collaborate with UED, product, and technology teams, playing a leading and decision-making role from project planning to launch. Work closely with the marketing team to build marketing strategies and interactions, jointly promoting the implementation of marketing strategies to enhance user engagement.
