1. 与产品经理和UI设计团队合作,输出面向用户的界面文案,在产品开发过程中提供内容战略视角,帮助用户轻松使用和理解产品,提升产品体验。 2. 积极对已有的文案内容和流程进行优化,确保用户端文案的一致性和本地化。 3. 和业务团队、本地化团队、质量团队共同推进Trip.com多语言内容的覆盖和质量。 1. Collaborate with product managers and the UI design team to produce user-facing interface copy, providing a content strategy perspective throughout the product development process to help users easily use and understand the product, thereby enhancing the product experience. 2. Actively optimize existing copy and processes to ensure consistency and localization of user-facing content. 3. Work with the business team, localization team, and quality team to promote the coverage and quality of Trip.com's multilingual content.

1.1、技术文档开发与优化:编写面向开发者和用户的技术文档,包括用户手册、API指南、智能体编排规范、故障排查指南等。将复杂的智能体开发技术(如RAG优化、Agent框架、向量数据库集成等)转化为清晰易懂的标准化文档; 2.维护文档版本,定期更新内容以匹配产品迭代和技术升级; 3.3、跨部门协作与信息整合:与研发、产品团队紧密合作,深入理解智能体平台技术逻辑(如LangChain、AutoGen、Dify等框架),确保文档技术准确性; 4.组织文档评审,收集反馈并持续优化内容结构和用户体验; 5.文档规范化与知识管理:制定统一的文档风格指南和模板,确保全平台文档的一致性和专业性。建立智能体开发知识库,分类管理技术案例、白皮书及最佳实践; 6.技术研究与创新支持:跟踪AI Agent领域技术动态(如大模型微调、多模态交互等),为文档内容注入前沿洞察。参与智能体功能设计,从用户视角提出技术表达优化建议。
