- Recommend, review and approve trading limits of clients and Investment Representatives (IRs) - Monitor trading exposure of clients and Investment Representatives. - Follow-up on accounts with overdue contra losses including liaising with external legal counsel on legal proceedings against clients and Investment Representatives. - Review and approve trade amendments. - Prepare management reports for daily reporting and monthly reports for Committee meetings. - Perform periodic review of instruments and annual review of accounts. - Assist in system and project streamlining/enhancement initiatives to improve risk monitoring and operational efficiency. - Maintain and update internal credit risk policies/framework to ensure they remain effective and aligned with business and regulatory developments. - Perform other administrative duties and support management projects as assigned. - Ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements, internal policies/framework and risk management guidelines. - Escalate issues that are of major concern to the Head of Credit Risk

Key Responsibilities: • Independently provide high-quality support that anticipates the needs of the executive/Partner of Ant Group. • Assume full ownership and maintenance of executive calendar - scheduling, confirming, and negotiating for meeting place and relevant attendees and using good judgment and tact in offering solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning as needed • Proactively manage communication (Dingtalk messages, emails, phone calls, necessary follow-up); respond to inquiries from the corporate office, global sites, and internal/external stakeholders over multiple time zones • Track and drive completion of key deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding items inside and outside the team • Provide innovative, creative and time-tested methods and procedures for fostering continuing improvement to practices or processes within the team • Work with different parities to hold corporate and department level events • Prepare and coordinate complex and multi-stop travels, including accommodations, transportation, passport/visa requirements etc. • Provide other general administrative support, including budget management, purchasing, document filing, supplier management etc. • Uphold the strictest confidentiality on information gleamed as part of responsibilities.
