任职要求


- Minimum 2 years of experience in seminar/event planning, preferably in the financial services or investment industry.
- Decent knowledge of financial products (equities, options, account types etc.).
- Strong bilingual skills in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with clients, speakers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment.
- Candidates with CMFAS 1A/RES1A, CMFAS 2A/RES2A, CM-SIP/CM-CMP certificates will have added advantage.

工作职责


- Plan, organize, and execute webinars, seminars, workshops, and educational events for clients and prospects.
- Work with internal teams to align themes and schedules with strategic objectives.
- Suggest relevant seminar topics and design event series targeting specific segments. 
- Coordinate with speakers, trainers, and partners, ensuring smooth event execution.
- Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve seminar quality and relevance.
- Ensure seminar content complies with regulatory requirements and company guidelines.
- Manage event logistics including venue booking, registration, materials, refreshments, and AV requirements.

1. Research, plan and execute all North American year-round events. Collaborate with influencer marketing team to host offline events for influencers around new product releases. 12. Provide post-event analysis, budget recaps and participant feedback as well as incorporate learning into future plans. 13. As we are a small team, this role will likely be required to support other department projects at times, including but not limited to – PR initiatives, product launches, influencer marketing, office management, video production and enterprise projects.
