Finance or Accounting) • 2 to 3 years of experience with Asset/Fund Manager, Fund Administrators or Private Banks, is preferred but not required • Individual who is meticulous and takes ownership in their own work • Good communication in English and Mandarin and interpersonal skills. You are required to work closely with our Chinese stakeholders based in China. • Dynamic, proactive, and able to work under pressure • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

• Perform daily trade operations including pre-trade, trade allocation, post-trade confirmation and settlements • Reconciliation of daily cash and positions as well as liquidity monitoring • Liaise with Fund Administrator on all fund accounting issues, including but not limited to, reviewing NAV and any other ad-hoc queries • Onboarding of clients/investors, working with various stakeholders to manage Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance, specifically for Accredited Investors and Institutional investors, ensuring all regulatory standards are met • Perform account opening/maintenance as well as liaison with key external stakeholders such as brokers/custodians, legal, auditors • Assist in coordinating annual Audits with Firm’s external and internal auditors • Assist in any ad-hoc projects

Key Tasks & Responsbilities - Responsible for homepage operation on Lazada Philippines, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the homepage and other public traffic areas. - Monitor traffic sources, conversion efficiency, user experience on the homepage, and track the growth of core business. - Collaborate closely with user operation teams, key business teams like campaign team providing public domain operational support, and facilitating local team's business growth with public domain strategies. - Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, address operational issues, and ensure smooth business processes. - Analyze market trends and competitor user strategies, propose innovative optimization recommendations to continually enhance operational performance.
