Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support the planning and execution of Tiger Brokers Singapore's client-facing offline events. This role offers hands-on exposure to event management, stakeholder coordination and strategic content planning within a fast-paced professional environment. Beyond the basic supporting of events, the incumbent will also contribute to building, reporting and operational decision-making processes. The role is well-suited for candidates who are keen to gain practical experience through hands-on execution, enjoy contributing collaboratively, are meticulous, able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment and lastly have the flexibility to support events outside regular working hours as required Key Responsibilities - Plan, organise and execute events for clients and prospects. - Collaborate with internal teams to align themes and schedules with strategic objectives. - Act as the on-site operations point-of-contact - coordinate with speakers, trainers, and partners, ensuring smooth event execution. - Maintain, organise and refine event-related SOPs and documentation to ensure processes are scalable. - Collect and analyse feedback to continuously improve events' quality, effectiveness and relevance. - Ensure seminar content complies with regulatory requirements and company guidelines. - Support internal meetings through note-taking, follow-ups and task tracking. - Assist with ad-hoc operational tasks related to event and project execution as needed.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team in Malaysia as KYC Operations (Specialist). Job Specification This role is required to operate with a strong commercial focus ensuring alignment to the Bank’s business objectives while adhering to the Bank’s control principles at all times. The KYC Specialist is required to utilise knowledge and expertise to manage and execute KYC-related activities, including onboarding, customer outreach, periodic and event trigger reviews, and provide SME support to the rest of the production team to ensure cases are completed in line with regulatory standard and the Bank’s KYC procedures. The successful candidate will join the KYC Operations team in Malaysia, reporting directly into the Operations Manager in Malaysia and KYC Operations lead in Singapore. Core Responsibilities and Accountability Documentation Review • Reach out to customers to obtain KYC information and documents, address any queries or clarifications raised by customers while maintaining a customer-oriented service attitude • Review and ensure that all information and documents collected are good to satisfy regulatory requirements Screening • Perform screening of customer names against lists, discount and mitigate screening hits for prospective and existing customers • Conduct outreach to customers to obtain relevant information to address screening alerts Enhanced Due Diligence/Periodic Reviews/Event Driven Reviews • Perform background checks and conduct interviews with customers • Review and update KYC profiles for existing customers in accordance with the review schedule • Conduct transaction reviews to identify any abnormalities that require further investigations • Investigate and conduct trigger event reviews on existing customers, assess customer’s business and perform AML risk assessment Transaction Monitoring • Reach out to customers to obtain relevant information to address transaction monitoring alerts • Evaluate the completeness of customer’s response and clarify where required Others • Provide support for urgent requests, assist the team in completing ad-hoc projects • Preparation of data to track Book of Work completion and MI reporting
• Manage all types of inbound and outbound transaction flows on various online and in-house platforms (BACS, Direct Debits, SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, CHAPS, Faster Payments), ensuring they are processed accurately and within cut offs and SLAs • Support pre and post payment queries and investigations to enhance the customer payment journey • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including client facing colleagues and our partner banks • Collaborate with senior colleagues to resolve technical payment issues Escalate any client/payment issues with relevant hierarchy • Maintain a friendly and open team attitude that encourages all other employees to approach the team with queries or concerns • Continually develop knowledge of the payments area and industry as a whole Monthly statistical analysis of payment data • Draft and keep updated all process guides and procedure documents to a high standard Assist the team leader/manager in the event of system issues • Take ownership of more complex queries and follow through with the bank to a resolution • Be positive and open to driving change to existing processes and procedures. • Contribute to ideas to improve team efficiency and controls.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute user growth strategies for Al consumer apps and websites, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention and referral. - Own user acquisition and growth initiatives via influencer marketing, paid media, community operations, and content distribution. - Continuously monitor trends, user feedback and user behavior analytics in target markets to gather market insights. - Develop product positioning strategies based on market research, user behavior analysis and competitor benchmark. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to rapidly ® iterate and launch growth initiatives. - Initiate and manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), community operations and event marketing. - Build and manage user communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) to increase engagement and retention. - Plan and execute global influencer campaigns (KOL/KOC), identify top-performing creators, and track ROl and conversions. - Drive organic content growth on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to acquire users at low cost. - Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), including creative testing and budget allocation. - Coordinate SEO strategy and execution to improve product visibility on international search engines. - Analyze channel performance and user acquisition metrics, and build repeatable growth playbooks. - Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.
