As we expand in North America, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and unlock growth opportunities across various vectors. Role Overview ● We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead partnership and growth initiatives in North America. This role will focus on identifying, building, and scaling relationships with key partners including photography studios, small business, agencies, and corporate. You will play a critical role in shaping Airbrush Studio’s go-to-market strategy and establishing a strong presence within the business segment. This is a commission-based role with a base salary component. Key Responsibilities ● Business Development: Identify and build partnerships with photography studios, small business, photography scools, and content platforms, and develop strategic collaborations with tools and platforms used by photographers and creators. ● User Growth: Identify high-potential verticals (e.g., wedding photography, real estate, e-commerce content) and drive user acquisition through partnerships, affiliates; Launch and manage partnership programs to validate new growth channels. ● Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders, negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and revenue-sharing models, and track and optimize partnership performance. ● Market Analysis: Analyze North American market trends, competitor positioning, and user needs, translate insights into actionable GTM strategies and partnership roadmaps, provide feedback to product and marketing teams to improve product-market fit

Achieve Sales Targets - Develop and execute sales strategies for eufyMake’s innovative product categories in North America to achieve annual revenue and market expansion goals. - Develop and maintain customer relationships (including key accounts, distributors, and niche channels), and establish long-term partnerships. 2. Customer Management & Market Insights - Analyze market demand and competitive landscape for relevant product categories in North America to provide targeted sales strategies. - Collaborate with the channel operations team to optimize partner networks and improve channel coverage. - Set up local demos/workshops and explore innovative sales models such as makerspaces, offline retail leasing, and distribution partnerships. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with the marketing team to convert marketing activities into sales results - Provide customer feedback to the operations team regarding technical and after-sales needs. 4. Local Execution - Drive the execution of regional promotional campaigns and regularly report sales performance and market trends to headquarters.

This person will be a key player and highly involved in all stages of the sales process. He/she will ensure that the sales activities of the product line are best supported and conducted in accordance with Anker policies. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to, working closely with the sales team to maximize the sales of products to and through their assigned sales channels and accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in leading projects related to sales, channel marketing, operations, product lifecycle management, inventory management (CPFR), and key account management. This position has the potential to form a cornerstone of our rapidly growing organization. Job Responsibilities: - Serve as a liaison between internal teams (sales, marketing, product management) and with channel partners regarding product inquiries, market updates, competitive updates, and more. - Partner with marketing and sales departments to understand current and upcoming key customer needs and special demand requests. - Monitor sales versus forecast for all products within a brand portfolio. Identify, analyze, and document forecast issues related to demand forecast for identification of corrective actions. - Work with the product development, Go-to-Market teams, and marketing groups to develop new product introduction forecasts and timelines. - Coordinate the shipments of sample products and store fixture items (such as displays and endcaps) as needed. - Identify process improvements to support business operations. - Making recommendations on how to increase efficiencies, in order to decrease monetary cost, reduce cycle times, and improve customer satisfaction - This role evaluates and analyzes retail data to make recommendations for new and current item pricing, identify discrepancies, and create solutions to pricing issues - Help retailers understand the impact of pricing decisions on their business and sell pricing services to new and current retailers
